I am a big fan of rotisserie chicken and love the La Brasa chain for their economical food pricing. A half-chicken with two side salads is my “go-to” when eating lunch out for a semi-healthy meal. Service was very good at this location and I always feel bad for giving a low rating to any Miami restaurant. I would have given a one star rating but the employees were extremely friendly and service was fast. BUT it’s absolutely unacceptable to serve barely warm chicken where the leg was actually cold and the rest of the meat barely warm. Not only that but the dark meat was dry, which I thought was impossible. So you can imagine how dry the breast was. I didn’t even get a chicken wing because it was eviscerated into a hard stick with no meat. I was in a hurry and was too embarrassed to demand a new order so I just ate the meal. Hopefully this place doesn’t get a food inspection because obviously the chicken is not being kept at a proper temperature. It looked like other dishes were being made to order but if I was the owner of this location I would be ashamed I let my customers get served such sub par food. Also the size of the chicken was quite small. For this I would not return to this location but will continue to try other locations.

Juliana su respuesta es grosera y altanera (me dice YA TE VOY A SERVIR), es absurdo que vayas a us restaurant y te griten !!! Saben cuántos restaurant de Comidad Peruana hay en Miami??? Señores deben velar por dar buen servicio y es muy desagradable tener que cancelar la orden porque te tratan mal, porque ni si quiera mi molestia es tener que esperar, pero que te traten mal es absurdo!!! No doy CERO estrella, porque no me da la opción y a la empleada JULIANA deben darle entrenamiento o si no no la pongas en atención al cliente, pásala a la cocina. Gracias por la mala experiencia de hoy y hacernos perder el tiempo a mi esposo y a mi! Ya que su respuesta es Mediocre y al parecer no saben sumar y restar te coloco la foto del Void (5:02pm y el pedido fue a las 4:35pm, habían pasado 27 min exactamente), cabe aclarar que es de muy mal gusto todo lo que inventas porque mi esposo y yo estábamos esperando en la mesa y distraídos hablando amenamente, hasta que vimos que había transcurrido largo tiempo, por ello fui a preguntar y fue cuando tu empleada JULIANA me gritó ya lo sirvo!!! Es lamentable que los comentarios no los uses para mejorar, sino atacas al cliente ( de verdad necesitan un poco de preparación en cuanto Atención al Cliente) y peor es tu estándar porque atacas a todos los que te colocan un mal comentario, y luego lo tapas con comentarios positivos como lo hiciste ( es decir comentarios positivos hechos todos a la misma hora para tapar esta calificación de 1 estrella). Que lastima y poco profesionalismo, en fin CERO ESTRELLAS para ustedes. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE!!! 👎🏻 The truth is very disappointed with the attention and the waiting time. I can't understand how they make you wait more than 25 minutes and when you ask Mrs. Juliana's response is rude and haughty (she tells me I'M GOING TO SERVE YOU NOW), it's absurd that you go to our restaurant and they yell at you!!! Do you know how many Peruvian Food restaurants there are in Miami??? Gentlemen, you must ensure that you provide good service and it is very unpleasant to have to cancel the order because they treat you badly, because it is not even my annoyance to have to wait, but being treated badly is absurd!!! I don't give ZERO star, because she doesn't give me the option and the employee JULIANA should be given training or if not, don't put her in customer service, move her to the kitchen. It is unfortunate that you do not use the comments to improve, otherwise you attack the client (they really need a little preparation in terms of Customer Service) and your standard is worse because you attack everyone who gives you a bad comment, and then you cover it up with positive comments like you did (that is, positive comments made all at the same time to cover up this 1-star rating). What a shame and unprofessionalism, in short ZERO STARS for you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!! 👎🏻

I came here today (August 24, 2021) through the drive thru around 6:10 p.m. The cashier on the drive thru speaker didn't even give me a chance to look at the menu. She simply kept asking me "what do you want?". She didn't even greet me upon my arrival she just kept saying "What do you want?". Which was very rude and unwelcoming. I quickly ordered something without fully looking at the menu because the cashier was basically rushing me. I literally felt like I was being disrespected as a customer. After I placed my order I drove up to the drive thru window. I asked the cashier "Do you accept scan pay ?" . She replied yes. I decided to pay with my debit card instead. When I handed the Debit card to her, she looked at me with a hateful look on her face. As if she didn't want to accept my debit card. After the payment process, I literally waited almost 20 minutes at the drive-thru window for 1 meal. The cashier was very slow. The chicken was so small, it was mainly bones. The cashier didn't provide me with any utensils nor napkins. This was literally my worst experience here. I will NOT come back here.

I came here today (August 24, 2021) through the drive thru around 6:10 p.m. The cashier on the drive thru speaker didn't even give me a chance to look at the menu. 2nd time going and again terrible customer service and overprice. They only have good reviews because if you leave a good review they will give you a percentage off our order. Like the first time only went because my mother wanted to go. today is actually her bday and after bothering her all day to lets go out to eat she said ok and wanted to go to this place . And like the first time only went because my mother wanted to go. Two of the female staff members were not friendly. One of them that look to be the one in charge I notice gave attitude not only towards me but to other Latinas. Was super friendly to an African American gentleman. Not sure what the issue was but he admitted it was too late and it was his mistake she offer I think to give him a drink. I do not know but I did notice her friendly demeanor and big nice smile. The cashier was new wasn't sure what she was doing but that is ok we all have to learn. But I was not given utensils or sauce I had to ask for it. And even when I order my drink I was told to get it from the front. It didnt make sense to me but I went ahead with it anyways and the girl saw that the drink I order not only was it not there but no way it could be there I order a frozen Margarita. The one in charge tells me that I have to give it 5 mins for it to get frozen but the way she said was like I was dumb for thinking it would be with the rest of the drinks. But I let that slide. Way after ten mins I had to ask if the drinks were frozen yet. More happen but all I want to say is that the place definitely needs to work on their Customer Service. Do not assume that everyone there has been there before and knows how the place operates. If you have a new employee please go over the basics with her. Like how to wrong up the buy one get one 50% Margaritas, where they are, to hand the utensils and sauces and the receipt. I never got a copy of it. Also to point out the ketchup. My table had two peppers. It seemed like the two unfriendly staffers...

I've been to La Brasa before but I have to drive all the way to Pembroke Pines so thank God they opened one literally five minutes from my home in North Miami. This location even has a drive-thru so that's a big plus.

This location is still fairly new so during our first couple of visits, the service was a little slow. But that's OK cause at least we know that they don't like cutting corners and food comes out fresh and hot. We ordered the Fried Fish platter and Pork Chop. For the money, the portions were big and honestly, both were absolutely delicious, plus you also get 2 sides.

The last time I came here, I got the Lomo Saltado with cilantro rice, tostones and side of beans for $13. OMG. This meal was enough for 2 but I completely devoured it by myself because it was so good. Most combos here are less than $15 so there's something for everyone from beef, chicken, fish, and pork entrees. The other thing worth mentioning is their customer service improved compared when it first opened. The staff is super friendly and even the owner is behind the counter taking orders and also bringing food to the tables.

This La Brasa location is a fine example that hard work pays off. Just serve quality food, provide good service and keep it affordable. People will keep...
