THIS IS AN EDIT** After our visit on Tuesday, we still had our reservation for Thursday. When we went, the employees recognized us and showed great courtesy. Chris took care of us and allowed us to bowl for free, which was unexpected but great. This time around we were treated much better, and we were highly satisfied with the improvement. They showed they were willing to go above and beyond to fix their mistake and make sure the customer wants to come back. We will be back for more! My family and I have been going here for a couple years now when we are on vacation- we take advantage of the $10 all you can bowl special on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our previous experience, however, was a particularly bad one. We called before we went and asked if there was a wait for two lanes, since we had a group big enough for two. We were told there was no wait and that we could have two. So we get there, and we are told that there is a wait, which we understood because we did not reserve the lanes. Having waited 2 hours, we look and there are 7 lanes that are open. We go up front to ask about the open lanes and are told there are two groups ahead of us, which in our eyes never made sense due to the fact that 7 lanes could easily fit 3 groups of people, and there were two lanes open right next to each other. We waited another 30 minutes to finally be buzzed and get our lanes. When we go back up front, the woman serving us told us that she lost our paper that had our names and shoe sizes, which she didn't because we saw it on the table ripped up next to her (on the paper, we also requested for two lanes). When we asked if we could get the two lanes, we were told no. Through this interaction, we felt as if we were disrespected, which caused us to be upset. When we finally got the lane, it went downhill more. We started, and, after every other throw, the pins kept getting reset to a full set, and it would give us no score at all. We went to the front to tell the woman and she said she reset it, which inevitably did not work. After repeated tries to go up front to get it fixed, we were finally told that they were sending someone to fix it. We waited 20 minutes and no one showed up, so we tried bowling again and the problem persisted. After all of this, just about 3 and a half hours passed and we bowled 3 frames. We went up to get a refund to be met with more passive aggressive hostility. What baffled us was that yes we got the refund, but were given no incentive to come back. We used to love this place when we go on vacation in Myrtle, but now, mostly due to the horrendous customer service, we will think twice about...

Good tasting food Good alcoholic drink selection Good alcoholic drink taste Not very busy for a Friday night (could be a negative - you'll probably see why below)
Cons-
Service: Waitress walks away without saying anything, asking if you want anything else, or acknowledging you. Girl at front desk is wearing headphones and eating a milkshake on-duty. One bartender was standing around with their hands on their hips looking disgruntled, miserable & non-approachable
Prices: Food is overpriced for the quality & portions (my philly cheesesteak was really low on meat), shots are on the pricier side, bowling for 2 people was $57 - outrageous! (we did not bowl after hearing the price), arcade games are overpriced (skee ball comes out to about $2.50 for a single game if i remember correctly, for example)
Cleanliness: Bathrooms were incredibly dirty, no paper towels, doors and handrails throughout the building were so worn they had exposed wood, and the railing looked rusty. They need to be repainted, refinished, or replaced. All the floors looked dirty building-wide. Where is the manager and why are they not staying on top of this?
Guidance/Direction: No signs at all telling you how to play a game of pool or shuffleboard. The tables are there, but nothing is clear. There's no coin slots or anything on them, no signs to tell you where to go - confusing.
Other: When we first pulled up, there was a sketchy looking guy standing right by the door smoking a cigarette. There's no windows or anything, so i wasn't sure if we were about to walk into a dive bar or something. For a place that's supposed to be family friendly, it doesn't feel welcoming for families/children from the exterior aesthetic alone. Personally i don't mind cigarette smoke, but a lot of people do and have respiratory conditions. Maybe consider adding a designated smoking area outside, away from the main entrance so people don't feel uncomfortable or forced to inhale secondhand smoke.
Other (2): Arcade game selection is poor compared to other arcades in the area, many games were out of order, the pacman machine had a broken joystick, and the prize selection is horrible and also...
Read moreExtremely Disappointed with the Way We Were Treated
I came here with a group of my friends, 12 teenage boys for a fun night of bowling, since our friend was leaving for college, but the experience quickly turned frustrating and confusing. About 15 minutes into our session, we started noticing that bowling balls were disappearing from the ball return. We let it slide at first and grabbed a few new ones, but eventually we were left with no balls at all.
We asked a staff member for help and were told we were “good to keep bowling.” So we did. One friend accidentally bowled a little early, and when the ball got stuck, another friend simply walked over to retrieve it to avoid leaving it there and damaging the equipment. Suddenly, a lady (assuming manager) started yelling at us very aggressively to stop. We listened and apologized.
Later, a mechanic came to fix the lane, and two of us bowled again (not realizing he was working on it) because the only instruction we had heard was to stop walking near the lane, not that the lane was off limits. We immediately apologized to the mechanic guy. So we waited about 5 minutes for our lane to fix but then the lady (assuming manager) came back out and started yelling at us again, saying we broke the machine and had to leave. We were stunned. We tried calmly explaining what happened and asked if we could at least get a refund for the lost time (we had only bowled for about 27 minutes of a paid hour), but we were told no and then the police were called on us.
We weren’t being disrespectful or intentionally causing problems we were just a group of kids trying to enjoy a night out before our friend leaves for college. The way we were treated felt way out of proportion and honestly pretty humiliating.
I’m leaving this review because I don’t want others to have a similar experience. We weren’t even asking for much just fair treatment or a partial refund for time lost due to equipment issues that...
