Big Lots — Local services in North Myrtle Beach

The comeback is not so great… FYI, they charge for each bag you need… the store has nice clothes but none of them have tags for the employees to scan and they are too lazy to look them up. I went on Monday 7/28 around 2pm. The girls working were slow and half asleep and didn’t know what they were doing. BIGLOTS missed out on a lot of money, I had to put alot of clothes back because they didn’t have tags on them to scan, and even though it had tags on the with the prices the girl working kept saying over and over that it would take a long time to look up the items …. Store has been completely remodeled and looks amazing compare to many run down Big Lots stores. If you are trying to be frugal, your smart phone to compare prices to Walmart. Some were better and some a little higher. Walmart offers price match through their Savings Catcher app, but they do not compare their prices to discount/closeout stores like Big Lots. I've last thing, Big Lots gives you an affordable way to trial products, especially specialty foods, coffees, snacks, etc. that can be expensive elsewhere. I was not impressed by the prices. And it did not have too much variety in the beauty department or tool section. Their chips and food items were priced the same as a regular food chain, some even more, so I wouldn't buy their items instead. It is okay. They did have some very nice mirrors. The cashier was very pleasant and the store is very clean. I will go there to check it out if I cannot find something, but probably not often. To sum it up, the prices were a deal breaker for me.
