I shop at this store a couple of times. Not planning on shopping there never again. It's something ever time. Difference of night, and day compared to the Wilmington store. Mangers need to be learned on working with costomers. Today it was a box of air nails, on sale. Got one of the girls to help me choose the best nail. Sale price for one was 19.something, but the best want but like two dollars more. So we decided on the 21.00 nail. Got several more items. Check out, went to car, and the recite charge 26.00 . I took them back in and told her they made a mistake. She called the manager. She went back, then said that was the correct price. So I walk back with her, and she was right, except the boxes were sitting under the wrong sale tag. After the girl helping me decide the 21.00 Sale price was the best. I told her being all the boxes were stock under the wrong tag, I should get it for the 21.00 price. Then she got a attitude, and I told her just give my money back! And told her that every time I shop that store there was always a problem. I even asked for my card of of safe, a time before shopping there, after I got home found a mistake of the recite. So I called, and the lady told me she couldn't put it back on my debit card. So I agree for a gift card. She told me she put my name on it. But the manager with the hateful attitude told me there wasn't nonthing in safe for me. And to be truthful, she didn't even open safe! I've ordered online, and store. Long Blonde female cashier 10/29 between 1130am-12pm was the rudest! I have an insider track account and came in for a purchase related to that discount . I provided my # she rang up the item as regular customer. I questioned the amount she said that's for Insiders only. I informed her I am an insider look it up on my acct.
