Dew's — Attraction in North Myrtle Beach

The people at Dews are great. First they listen to your situation then they ask a few questions to help decide the best answer. Your talking to people over a phone and still you get the feeling they are never too busy to listen. So, after a service call and diagnosis of you sick dryer they tell you your options. I decided to visit the Dews Store and see the several people I talked with over the phone. It was just the exact same friendly people asking if they can help. I gave them my name so now with my face attached and I am seeing the faces of the several people I had spoken to over the last few days I found it to be a very pleasant experience. No pressure just help. I knew I needed a new dryer and the one I had had serviced me well and I had also purchased it from Dews years ago. I am a very satisfied customer. The delivery of the dryer was Very Fast and the men who brought it were every bit as nice as all those in the Dews Store. UPDATE. This was our second major purchase from Dew's, and I just cannot say enough good things about this business. I called from Michigan the end of September to order a new washer/dryer unit and dishwasher. Stopped in on Thursday to pay for them, they were installed on Friday. Each and every person involved in this sale was outstanding. The delivery men were great...personable and very polite. I was given a time they would be there, and they came when they said they would be there. I highly recommend this business for any appliance purchase! My husband and I stopped to get a price on a refrigerator for our condo. They gave us a good price, so we purchased it on the spot. The unit was delivered today by two very polite delivery men who were very efficient, knowledgeable and polite. As an Airbnb host in the North Myrtle Beach area when my guest contacted me and told me the refrigerator was not cooling properly I knew I needed to act as quickly as possible. I chose Dews Appliance because they were a local small business and I felt I would probably have better and faster service than dealing with a large chain box store. They did not disappoint! I needed a new refrigerator and getting one that fit my needs in a timely manner was not going to be easy but I was fortunate to have salesperson Kathryn Tilghman working to get me exactly what I needed! She was absolutely the kindest salesperson I have ever dealt with. Even though I was personally hundreds of miles away she worked diligently to track down what I needed and have it delivered to my unit within 4 days!
