I’ve been dealing with this store for almost a decade and had a great experience until today. The new female manager, as of August 2025 was terribly rude. She kept interrupting me just to argue and unwilling to do her job and help.. Because of her, I am thinking of switching phone companies. If cricket doesn’t get rid of this manager, they’re gonna lose a lot of business over this person. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This lady was completely unprofessional and too busy talking to ever listen. Either the store is messed up or she is telling a lie saying that she can’t call about a warranty claim to corporate from the residential phone in the store. The people from cricket I dealt with on the phone, said that was very odd and sounded incorrect . I hate to say, but until they get rid of this woman, I can’t do business with this location again and I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a decade. Let that sink in. I included a couple pictures of her giving dirty looks during her mental episode. The proof is in the pudding just take a look. I hope she can get some counseling and get some help for her anger problems. This is absolutely the last person that should ever work in customer service and whoever made her manager is absolutely incompetent as well. The store has already dropped down from a 4.9 to 4.4 review score since Brandee left. I used to see the same employees in there for years and then all of a sudden there’s different faces every time I go. Seems like the store has an extremely high turnout of employment and can’t keep good help. It seems like they should get better management and maybe they could keep employees.. I was told that the the return policy is even though I paid on a credit card they must give me cash. Never heard that before okay give me the $95 you owe me.she said oh I don't have that right now you'll have to come back latter. Scam! I immediately called cricket who told me that she should have return the money on the credit card and had no idea what she was talking about. Cricket will be dealing with the refund. And short of the manager calling me and saying I'll give you a full refund on the entire phone I will be making a formal complaint against her and the store with cricket.
