Sparkles Jewelers — Attraction in North Palm Beach

I have been a customer of Sparkles Jewelers for about 2 years now. I know a bit about jewelry, customer service, quality of and styles of jewelry as I worked in a very high end jewelry store up north for 5 years and another well known jewelry store here in Palm Beach County for just under 1 year. The owners of Sparkles provide superior customer service. They will bend over backwards to assure that you are happy with your repair or purchase. They have spent countless hours with me, discussing my jewelry options, prices, competitors and the latest jewelry styles. I have never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, a selection or to buy.

The selection at Sparkles is wonderful. They have beautifully classic pieces, using diamonds and pearls, but they also provide a vast selection of the modernistic pieces using micropave diamonds, the "highway ring", tanzanite, multi-colored gemstones, and an array of sea life jewelry,

You will know immediately that their inventory is made of quality. Their diamond jewelry "sparkles" with unbelievable life, their colored gemstone pieces are saturated with color and each item exudes class and sophistication.

Fantastic experience at Sparkles Jewelers. I brought them my engagement ring to have it resized earlier today and I walked out with a perfectly fitting and beautifully finished ring just fifteen minutes later. They resized it for me on the spot and were incredibly thorough. Mat Mooney brought it out for me to inspect/try on twice before accepting payment. Before leaving, I thought it might be worth my while to inquire about the broken straps on my favorite watch. Not only did Mat jump at the opportunity to look it over but he also took it upon himself to reattach the strap and fit it with a new part that had fallen off long ago for no extra charge. The resizing was very quick, my jewelry turned out better than I could have ever hoped for, and Mat's customer service was impossible to beat. If you are looking for a good quality jeweler then please check this place out... It's much better than any large scale jeweler I've ever been to. These guys definitely made me a customer...

If you say this place is reasonably priced you haven’t shopped around. I went in after shopping around, investigating all over with pricing and get monies worth for a nice solid chain for men’s. I was in the market for men’s chain in the vicinity of 48 to 60 g. Asked the guy and from the start with him telling me he could order and would be delivered I wasn’t liking idea of not seeing in person and picking something out of a book? Then just out of curiosity I asked him about a chain he had in stock. It weighed 43 grams and told me with discount or promotion they had it would run me somewhere in between 24-2600 bucks!? I feel sad for someone having to wait order for a chain and pay almost 60 a gram!? Especially when gold chains at moment at regular price goes for 38-42. This place is joke and if you got money and like to hand it away let me know I will gladly take your money too lol. Walk out flying when he told me with serious face that it’s the price of gol...
