I haven't had an unpleasant service experience, I'm giving th stars based off honoring and respecting other customers time. I had pulled up (there are two lines) but only four people in line so I got into the lane everyone else was. I waited about 5-7 minutes before the employees started to come out to take the orders. When the lady walked up to the car in front of me I let her know the car on the side of me came like 5 minutes after I did and I've been waiting longer. Because he seemed like he was trying to get in front of me and not respecting the order of the line. She told me sorry we got to go back and forth with the line that's how we do it. Totally understand if there was actually two long lines of cars but there wasn't. In this situation if I was the employee I would have just taken the person's order that was there first. It's just good customer service. Obviously again if it was a long line on both ends I would have totally understood that they can't really pay attention to that but it...

Dutch Bros is always a great time. Love the after shock rebel blended, and their lemonade is good too. The reason we even tried Dutch Bros is because one night my husband wanted something to drink so we pulled into a taco bueno of all places. We've never been there before just wanted to see what they had. My husband was asking a few questions about the menu. We could hardly hear the cashier and had to ask some questions twice, but his attitude was horrible. My work experience is in customer service and that's one thing I cannot stand is poor customer service, so we drove off and went across the street where a Dutch Bros had just been built.
