Five Below — Attraction in North Richland Hills

I've been here twice. The first time (it had just a few months ago when I went) I came here, I grabbed ONE thing. One singular item, 15 seconds grabbing it max, just a sketchbook, nothing special. And this girl around my age glance d at me once and immediately started to "help" me while I paid for my stuff and guiding me like I was some confused 9 year old. I'm 16 and also have my own job, but it's a 5 below. No one should care that much about cheap crappy items. She even watched me bag it and tried to look in it to see if I was stealing. What the actual hell. Okay. One time, it wouldn't happen again right?

The second time I went was today, I grabbed some stuff with my mom, and I got this invader Zim T-shirt. Well, it happened again. But since my mom was with me the girl (im not sure if it was the same one or not) Was less apprehensive. I come home, set it down and come back to it to hang it up and there's HUMAN HAIR. DOG HAIR. DUST. AND DEAD BUGS. ON THE BACK OF THE SHIRT. That's so freakin' low even for this place dude. I'm gonna have to wash it throughly because of how disgusting it is. I'm not sure if it was a return because there's dirty boot prints on it? Idk, and I don't wanna find out how it got that way. 0/10, don't come here unless you want to be profiled. Everything else was cool. (But still, go to literally any other five below....

Really awkward trip- like I felt profiled?? I grab 2 things, walk to self check out and a teenage girl immediately appears out of nowhere stands RIGHT NEXT to the self check out I’m using, doesn’t say a word to me, she is flipping through a display like she’s picking out a card to buy. No name tag or indicator that she is an employee. I grab my receipt after my purchase, turn to the door and she says “bye, have a good night” so creepy!! I thought this person was another customer with zero concept of personal space! I asked her if she was an employee, she said that she was!! Like if You’re going to profile customers or stalk them at the self check out, at least have a name tag or an ounce of self awareness or customer service, it was such a weird...

I felt as if I was profiled coming into this location . I only came to buy a shirt to go to the gym and something to drink as I’m walking to the register the young Hispanic girl follows me literally as I’m walking towards the SELF CHECKOUT . After I grab my vitamin water I’m walking towards a register she tells me I can check you out right here , I just look at her confused , like is this not a self checkout she says oh yea , and puts the scanner down I proceeded to scan my things so I can leave I can see her in the reflection on the window standing behind me . 🫤 I don’t know what type of things yall have going on. Or if this is how yall run your establishment but I’m just glad I’m a changed...
