Mobility City — Attraction in Northborough

Hi these guys are great. Max helped us today with my motorized wheelchair which needs two two new arms a new wheel and he checked my batteries. He spent over an hour with us and is ordering the two new arms for me. He was awesome! Thank you Max!

I would like to change my review. Max was excellent, but it ends there. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on this company. They tried to fix my arms on my chair three times and each time they broke I asked them to come to the house to fix them this time and they said it would be a charge that was very high I thought because I keep coming to them, which is not easy to get to for me being in a wheelchair, I thought they would come to me at their expense. They don’t stand by their word and actually said that it was user error. I have had this wheelchair for over a year and nothing with the arms went wrong When I took it to them is when the chair of the arms started to go wrong and they have been unable to fix them. I am very unhappy with this company and I would not return to them nor would I go to...

We cannot recommend Mobility City enough! They really came through for us! We had a lift-recliner that broke after only 4 days. They came out to try to fix it and it needed a new motor. After going back and forth with the chair retailer - Mobility City got them to replace the chair and not make us return the broken one (which is what the chair company told me we'd have to do and it would have been very expensive to do IF we had been able to find boxes for it). When the new chair arrived, the guys from Mobility City came out and put it together (having to use part of the FIRST broken chair to replace a broken part in the replacement chair!) and they took the broken one away. This was a huge relief for us - not having to deal with the chair company anymore and having a working chair that is very much needed. Everyone that we worked with at Mobility City was wonderful- very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and concerned that we had the working chair that we needed. I brought my husband's chair to be fixed. At first they seemed reasonable. The deal was pay $125 to diagnose what was wrong with it. If we decided to fix it the $125 would go towards the chair. A couple days later we were told it's the motors. So I said go ahead and fix it. They replaced 1 motor. That wasn't the problem. Replaced motor number 2 that wasn't th problem. The call us and say it's not the motors? Why did we pay to have it diagnosed? We paid 1400 for total because they replaced a part I Brought. I have hen told them to stop. You can't keep throwing parts at us like this. Just give us the chair back and our money. Take the parts off put the old parts on that clearly we're not the problem to begin with. They call us back and tell us that the police will deliver the chair back to us. My husband is on a fixed income and we cannot afford to buy a chair so we wanted to fix this one.
