I took a walk with my boss around Northbrook and we came across this park and boy did it have a lot to offer to the community it's got a little work station to exercise all the way around the park is probably 10 different things that you could experience on very nice to the public!

Cute quiet park! Mix of wood chips and rubber ground. No parking, no restrooms. Lots of exercise equipment, older quality and unsafe for children. It was tough to keep my kids off them!

Has nice short walking/jogging path around the park. Easy to get some exercise while still watching your kids. Also had a covered spot for picnicking.

The exercise equipment are meant for old people. Like seniors. I tested them out and I can tell for sure that you'll get more exercise from running after your child or climbing the stuff...
