Patio Plus Outdoor Furniture — Attraction in Northville Charter Township

I recently purchased patio furniture from Patio Plus and I couldn't be happier! The entire experience, from browsing their wide selection to delivery and setup, was top-notch.

First off, their showroom is beautifully arranged, showcasing a variety of styles that helped us visualize how each piece would look in our outdoor space. The owner, Carol, and the team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding us through different options based on our preferences and budget.

The quality of the furniture is exceptional. All of which are sturdy, comfortable, and built to withstand the elements. The materials used are clearly top quality, and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail.

Delivery was prompt and hassle-free. The team arrived on time and handled everything professionally.

Overall, I highly recommend Patio Plus for anyone looking to furnish their patio with stylish and durable built to last furniture. The service and support I received during my recent visit to Patio Plus in Northville was truly exceptional. I visited the store in hopes of having slings replaced on a beautiful patio set I purchased there 16 years ago. Although that furniture line is no longer available and it may be impossible to match the original fabric, Carol Jacobs (store owner) and Scott (a member of her team) were extraordinarily kind, patient, and helpful. Carol searched extensively, including calling industry colleagues and other contacts, in an effort to find material for me from the original manufacturer. It’s quite remarkable when a company is so committed to service that they put great effort into meeting customers’ needs regardless of whether the company benefits from it or not. Full disclosure: I didn’t buy anything here so my review is based on their pricing and website.

I live far from this store so I checked out their website first to get an idea of what they have and pricing. The site does not help with either of these tasks. They have a “gallery” of pics on their site which are basically photos of furniture set up in peoples yards. There are no traditional product pages that give details on inventory or product descriptions, or anything you would expect to find.

So we made our way out to the showroom to check it out.

To their credit they have a good selection of outdoor furniture that is more unique than what you would find at a big box retailer.

This place however is WAY over priced. I didn’t see anything for less than 2 grand. And the quality did not appear to be much superior to stuff you find at Costco or Home Depot.
