Subway — Restaurant in Northville Charter Township

Worst Subway ever. Not only was my foot long $8 +tax. They scooped my steak & shook it around so less would be in there, there ended up being barely any meat on my sandwich. They weren’t even going to spread the meat across the whole sandwich at first even! Then after it was toasted, I was telling him what else I wanted on it. He put lettuce, cucumber then added pickles. His co worker looked over to him and spoke in a different language, then all of a sudden he was taking off pickles (to be stingy) and put them back with all the other pickles!!!! This is just ONE instance that I saw this Subway cross contaminate... just ridiculous. The sandwich wasn’t good after it was made due to the fact that there was 5x more lettuce than meat. There was bites that I didn’t even see any meat!! Just ridiculous for having to pay $8. Subway used to be much cheaper & gave you a bang for your buck, NOT ANYMORE! Even through this Subway is much closer to my home, I will NEVER be going here again. Just as Jim another local guide has stated, there is cross contamination issues and they like to short your meat on...

730-8pm Wed 10/9/24. The manager M* is the problem with this location. Every single subway in the vicinity allows you to place more than one order, They actually want you to buy more product from them, which any "smart" business would. After ordering and paying for 4 sandwiches.. M* Tells me he can only give me two of them... I asked him since the other two are paid for, will you allow me the courtesy of paying for the other two tonight, And I won't order that way from you again... He says nope. When I asked him to cancel and refund the order, he tells me that I can do it myself! I kindly let him know that I've run organizations much large larger than this and his Service and his demeanor is terrible. I let him know that we would be calling the police to get my refund if he didn't do it... "then he did it". The gentlemen, who was making the sandwiches was very courteous, He should be promoted over M*. Realizing this location is closer to me on the way home we were going to switch to getting our weekly subway here... Unfortunately, Mike has now missed that...

Subway, eat stale! On Saturday morning last week , this Subway was overwhelmed with one and only person to serve many. He kept talking to his wife on speaker phone in his native Indian language while preparing orders. He was upset with his wife for not being there. Worst part is the quality of veggies and meat he served me. Stale - maybe a day or two older. Lettuce was very cold as if recently taken out of refrigerator/freezer with distinctly bad taste and smell. He had a very little stock in the display storage bins, and it all looked disorganized and uninviting. Meat was even worse. The guy was also very stingy with the toppings he put in my order. I ended up not being able to finish my food. I suspect this store is not following franchise guidelines on food storage and disposal, and is serving stale throwaway worthy content to save costs.
