First visit. Looking for a local place to consign and landed here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Though I was directed to stand in line when I first entered (which I did for over 10 minutes), and should have been directed to go to the back. (If you are bringing in clothes to sell, go to the back room!)
Staff helped get my items on hangers (they ask that items come in on hangers, but will supply them if you need them) and told me about the process. Since it was my first drop off, they had me shop around for about 10 minutes while they looked over the 8 sweaters and 6 pants I brought in.
The store feels a little cluttered and crowded, but it really is run and organized well. (I was there on a 'drop off Friday' too, which I think added to the crowdy-ness.) And everyone was very friendly and helpful.
They accepted most of my items, and returned the others. I'll call in a few days to see when they hit the sales floor and check on their status. So far, a great...
Read moreTotal snobs every time I’m in there I’ve been in casual clothes or work attire got same response from employees. Today I stopped in to ask about the resale procedure the girl in the back looked me up and down and said she would be with me in a moment then proceeded to staple papers and talk to other patrons that came in after me! I’m dressed in trendy torn jeans and t-shirt with mustard cardigan nothing wrong with my appearance. Worst customer service ever. I once purchased a purse here I stepped in line thought I was next but customers were “saving” their spot in line with clothing piled on the counter I was told I had to wait for them although I only had one purse and was there ready to pay??? Huh? Then I found a paycheck in the purse pocket apparently they don’t check them very well. I turned it in at checkout hoping it gets to rightful owner. Never will I go in there again at the most judgmental...

The store was well organized, but the selection didn't feel any higher end than it would at a nicer Goodwill/salvation army. The prices were more than a thrift store. The selection was good though - lots of different styles and colors. They have great clearance deals. The employees at the counter were not very friendly. We were standing by the cashier but the process actually starts at the counter around the corner and it took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge us and tell us to move over (there are no signs). Someone was bagging our clothes while we paid but didn't bring the bags over to us at the counter, just left them there. Our cashier just pointed them out to us instead of grabbing...
