My daughter and I, spent a Saturday afternoon together with many other crafters, making our custom pallet board signs. Khris was our staff helper and was so great in leading us in the steps we were doing. There were 8 at our table, we did pallet signs, lazysusans, and some made clip boards. Everyone work at their own speed and it was such an enjoyable afternoon. We were there almost 2.5 hours to complete our projects, some done a little earlier then we were. I had received a gift certificate from my daughter and I'm so happy for that gift. We're already thinking about our next project to do down the road. We had a family wedding and we wanted the flower girls and ring boys (all 8 of them) to present the bride and groom with a personalized gift from the kids. The last ring boy was due to arrive a day and a half before the big day. I came into the workshop with a request, spoke with Mindy and came up with a plan. She was awesome and was able to put together the main picture and the kids came in and we put each of their handprints along the perimeter of the picture. Mindy then framed it and we were able to give it to the bride and groom at the reception. They loved it!! The kids loved being able to give their aunt something at the wedding. I have had an amazing time at the AR Workshop Northville. Whether with friends or by myself, the experience has been fun and the customer service top notch. The fear/anticipation you get when it comes time to remove the stencil is exciting and then to see everyone’s creations...wow! I always walk away knowing what my next project will be. Hailee has been a joy to work with and I now ask to be seated at her table if she’s working. I would encourage anyone to try AR Workshop Northville if they’ve ever thought they might remotely like it.
