INCOMPETENT !!! DISHONEST !!! NO STARS !!!!!!!!!

One of the worst experiences in my life. My wife and I picked out a fabric for our living room chairs and when it was done the wrong fabric was put on them. They offered us a discount to except the mistake but it was an awful fabric. As it turned out they mixed us up with a different customer and the other customer had our fabric on their chairs. I demanded that they give us what we ordered and they complied. When the chairs were delivered to my house it look pretty good. A month later, the fabric began to tear on the arms and my wife and I noticed that pieces were glued together. I called them and they never came over to redo they’re second mistake. I went to the shop and they offered to make arm protectors to cover the mistake. I, like a fool excepted the offer. Weeks later the fabric began to rip all over. My only theory was that they took the material off the other customer’s chairs and pieced it together instead of ordering new material. I should have sued them but time passed and was all forgotten. My only consultation is this review page. They were dishonest and didn’t own up to their responsibility. Don’t use Leonard’s for your furniture. They were incorrect...

I was very happy with my choice of working with Leonard’s &. I had two chairs reupholstered and the whole experience, from start to finish, was excellent. Bobby was very accommodating and helped me to choose a beautiful fabric that complemented the vintage furniture. They completed the job in one week even though one of the chairs needed extensive work done because of broken springs.
