Off the Rack — Attraction in Norwell

Don’t buy from this store online. They do not update the website frequently enough therefore, when items are purchased in store they are still marked as available online. When they inform you that the item was sold they drag out the refund process to the point I asked for a store credit but the owner informed me “she had plenty of money” it’s not an issue. However I never received my refund and stoped communication because it was more of a headache to deal with the owner then the 20 bucks she stole.she kept giving me the run around stating she filed a claim and it was my credit card etc. it’s American Express issue. She just kept saying a bunch of nonsense. Please Just shop in person. I never review places but I had to let people know go in to shop definitely not online for this business ! Absolutely love this store! Everything is so easy to find. They have everything sorted by size and even color! I’ve bought brands such as Michael kors, lululemon, llbean, literally everything for such a great discount and everything is in perfect condition.

They have an amazing Facebook page where they advertise new items and even do a live shopping segment where you can buy things before they go on the rack! Tonight I bought 7 pieces off their website. Everything was so easy to find there as well! You can even return things within 5 days which is amazing!

Definitely check this place out. I almost never buy brand new clothes anymore since I’ve started shopping here. Love it!

I recently visited “Off the rack” consignment shop. This being my first time, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find the quantity and condition of the children’s clothing incredible. As I have eight grandchildren, it can get quite expensive to buy outfits for each of them. Now that I have found “Off the Rack” I will be free to buy clothes more often for them. I was helped by a woman name Faith, who not only helped me find the right sizes but also told me about the Sterling and gold jewelry they carried as well. I ended up buying outfits for the grandkids and a pretty pair of sterling earrings for myself. I will be suggesting to my friends they visit this store as well. Thanks again...
