A beautiful hand crafted, one of a kind ring that fit perfectly and was exactly all the attributes we were looking for. They appraised the ring for me and it turned out to be worth more than the selling price. My wife and I got our engagement rings and wedding bands at Chelala and have been recommending people here left and right! We went to Brilliant Earth first to see what we liked, but it was a no brainer to take that information straight to Chelala where they were able to customize it to exactly what we were looking for and for a lower price. The owners were super accommodating and made us samples of what we liked before committing, going back and forth until we reached perfection. Extremely rude. They pretend to be a small time husband and wife jewelry shop but they are dishonest at best. They do not do repairs in house and sub contract their work, but assure you they do it in house by trained jewelers. They grossly up charge their products, repairs and services.
