PNC Bank — Attraction in Norwood

It has always been practice that platform prints debit cards and not the tellers, so that they don’t miss the opportunity to have the “conversation”. However, if your platform is not having the conversation and there are three people waiting and one leaving who need their cards printed, a teller should do it. As I sit here right now they are at the teller line assuring one drive thru and laughing and talking instead of printing my card. There are three people up there. And I am sitting here. Waiting to be helped. The switcher who apparently is the only one that can help any one with a card is also standing up there, closing her drawer. Still I am sitting here. Waited in line for a minimum of 15 minutes. Teller, would not allow me to cash and deposit a check from one of my accounts to another one of my accounts. I was receiving no money. She required two forms of ID and I had left mine at the office. Literally everyone in the office see's me 2-3 times a week and the other tellers there know me well. Unfortunately for me, the branch manager was at lunch. There was no common sense and no attempt to try. If she would have simply looked at the 5 accounts, both business and personal that I have there, should could have easily seen that the couple hundred dollar transaction that I was making, was dwarfed by the amount in all ouf...

Terrible customer service!!!!

I have a business and personal account here and have been trying to get help from a banker for over a week. Even the phone support is terrible, i have spent hours on the phone to complete a simple task and have been put on hold for hours on 3 lines.

This bank does not care about your money and no one is willing to even speak with you unless you physically go to the bank wait in a 30 minute line just to be told to sit in a chair and wait an undetermined amount of time.
