Rally House Novi — Attraction in Novi

Return policy is completely ridiculous. Unless you have used an email address or have the actual receipt your SOL. Went to return a set of cornhole bags that I didnt have a receipt for and the manager refused to returm or give a stone credit. Why? I didnt use an email, have a receipt or have the original plastic box the bags came in. The bags were filled a lot more than they should have been making it difficult to play the game. No understanding what so ever. I gave the mgr my bank statment proving my purchase information of my purchase in mid Sept. Material was in perfect condition and not used! Mgr said I needed to have the plastic boxes the bags come in to return or exchange it. What a ridiculous policy. I just WILL NOT purchase anything from them going forward. Called the customer service line the mgr gave me and after waiting for 20 min I hung up. There are plenty of other companys that you can purchase merchandise with and not be hassled in a return. Spent 50-60 dollars on bags that I'll never use.....Rally House you will unfortunately be the one who is out...

First time in Michigan, first game at the Big House! I'm from Central PA and been a UM fan since I was a kid in the early 90s. I had about 20 minutes to find a shirt and hat for the game... found Rally House on Google and it was a 2 mile trip from my hotel so I gave it a shot. I had no problem finding what I needed. My problem was that there was SOOO much to look at, I had to force myself to leave so I wasn't late for the game!! I returned the next day, spent over an hour just in the UM section and bought some cool stuff I could never of found in PA!! I can't wait to go to my local Wal-Mart, which is in Happy Valley lol wearing my new UM gear to agitate all the PSU shoppers! I did it years ago and got booed and I loved it! I'm from PA but MI has my heart and I highly recommend anyone coming from out of state to see the Maize and Blue in Ann Arbor to not leave w/out stopping at Ralley House!! They also have Lions, Tigers,Pistons, Redwings and MSU gear too if ur not as cool as UM fans. The people working were super nice, super friendly and I can't wait to go back again in...

The photos show a hat that is 4 weeks old. I've worn it roughly 10 times. I have hats that are 10 to 15 years old that show no fading at all. I contacted New Era and they suggested I work with the retailer first. So I took my photos and email I received from New Era to the Rally house in Novi, where I purchased the hat. The manager (Eric) looked at the hat, and said you don't have the sticker on the hat, we won't refund it. If I was giving a grade to Eric for his customer service support, he failed! I know Rally House is not responsible for the flawed material that was used to make this hat. But the lack of customer service support gets them a 1 star review.

Edit: I communicated with corporate. They claim they're going to send me a new hat. That was over 3 weeks ago. I'll edit this review again, If the hat shows up.

Edit: 2 more weeks have passed. Still no hat. I've communicated multiple times. At this point, the corporate and the store have done nothing to resolve this issue.
