I live for Chick-Fil-A, and I hate leaving bad reviews, but this location is awful, which is unfortunate because it's right down the street from my house.
My friends and I got in the drive-thru line about 30 minutes before they closed on a Monday night. There were at least 60 cars in line - no joke. You would think we were in line trying to get into Disney World. It was nuts. So, I was compassionate because I know the workers were tired and worked hard all day, but we still expected to get our entire order, which we did not receive. We were expecting multiple bags, because four of us were in the car and we had a large order, and the girl at the window said that our whole order was in one bag. We didn't believe it could all fit in one bag, but we knew they needed to keep the line moving, so we pulled away from the window, pulled off to the side in the lot and looked in the bag. Just as we suspected, over half of our order was missing. We immediately called the restaurant, over and over again, but no one answered. I called again the next morning, and still no one answered.
We were upset, but like I said, we understood the mix up due to all of the chaos because there were so many people in line, but it's poor customer service to never answer the phone. I called the corporate office, and they were friendly and helpful by way of processing a complaint and saying the location would reach out to me with a refund within 3 business days. Well, they never did. I called corporate twice to get the issue resolved, and it's still not resolved, because the restaurant never reached out to me to refund my money. I plan on calling corporate AGAIN, for the third time, because I want a resolution. I will never visit this...

I'm relatively new to Michigan, so I haven't had a ton of incidents occur, but it's been 3 strikes and that's enough for me to deduct this isn't an isolated incident. My food has been cold, old, dry, burnt, or just plain wrong over these visits and honestly I expect far better from Chick fil a. The chick fil a in a podunk town dying mall in Florida served better food. Forget every other order I've made. Let's just talk about today. I placed my order through their app this time, thinking they couldn't possibly mess up an order that has written instructions, right? Nope. I was standing there waiting for it to be ready so it was prepared and handed directly to me. I walked from the counter to my car and drove to the twelve oaks parking lot right next to chick fil a. Everything was cold. I ordered nuggets, put which sauces I wanted in my order. Got zero sauces. Now this is a very busy location so I give a lot of understanding for time. I will gladly wait 20 minutes or longer for my food to be ready. But. I expect it to be hot and fresh and delicious. Not cold chicken on cold hard bun with cold cheese that's not even remotely melted. So, that chicken was cold before it even got put on the bun and had cheese added. Chick fil a set itself apart by being better and doing better than any other fast food has done before. Quality foods served fresh with a side of stellar customer service. None of that has been my experience at this location. How many times would you go back to a place and get cold or bad food? I think 3 is a fair number. Seems to work...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs a born & raised southerner, Chick-fil-A was a maybe once a year treat when I left MI to visit family. I was ecstatic when one opened so close to home; so it really hurts to see the quality I've come to expect & love fall so rapidly especially since they've been open less than two months. My first time though, just over a month ago, was great even with wait which was expected. The second was meh, order was right but tasted off like it had been slightly overcooked then left out. I gave them a pass because they were beyond busy & these things happen. Today's visit however has petty much convinced me not to return. The wait felt longer even though the line was The shortest of the 3 times I've been. The tea ratio was wrong, sweet enough to make my teeth hurt & cause an almost instant headache. The nuggets had a slight burnt taste, & weren't as juicy as usual. I had decided to try the grilled chicken for the first time, my mistake. As shown in the pictures I ordered the club, it came without bacon or cheese, smelled of old lettuce, & the meat was slimy (must be where the missing juice from the nuggets was š). I attempted to call within 5 minutes of leaving, after 3 minutes of listening to it ring I gave up & came here. Here's hoping it'll get better when things settle down, but I most likely will not be returning this year. Way to go 2020 you've ruined yet another thingšš Update something was DEFINITELY expired, best guess is the dairy component in the mac&cheese (it tasted sour), because an hour after eating I got major stomach pains & diarrhea.
