Aloha Salads — Attraction in Oʻahu

Always go to this location but the nice lady who was ringing me up was over shadowed by the rudeness and disrespect from her co-worker. I order the SAME thing everytime I come. I’ve literally NEVER ordered anything but this one item. She kept talking over me saying “we’ve never had that, we’ve never had that, we’ve never had that. Not even letting me explain what it was or complete my thought. They ended up making it anyway after they kept demanding I make a different choice based on the menu and still made that wrong. I even waited until after we were done, and there were no other customers there to bring it to her attention that I felt disrespected, and she still proceeded to talk over me and justify her actions instead of apologizing or trying to make it right. I didn’t yell, I didn’t raise my voice, I didn’t use any profane language even thought I wanted to. I tried to empathize with her and even level with her and take some of the blame, even though I was not at fault. This just made me never want to go back. She also proceeded to say that she has been there for over 10 years so she clearly knows best. So I guess in this case, even though I have proof with receipts for my prior visits, this customer is wrong. Me! My parents were here to visit and I was raving about this place. I was so excited to take them to try it for this to be their experience and memory. I guess this is the last time I’ll go or take anyone else for...

I like that the ingredients seem fresh and locally grown, yay, buy local! But like everything else on this island, it costs a small fortune. At least the portions are good sized. Liked everything I have tried from here so far - except the Aloha Pineapple Wrap; too mushy for me. It kind of disintegrates into a powdery mush as you chew it. It sounded really good as I read it from the menu but none of our family liked it much. The steak wrap is the way to go on that venture. I enjoyed the Curried Quinoa Salad after I added ranch dressing to it. Will more than likely be returning. If there was a way to text or fax my order in I would definitely add another star. The worker who answered the phone was not too happy to take my order 20 min til closing - who would be though?!? Hope the tip made up for...

Over cooked steak and rude staff. There’s only one lady in particular who is polite. The others (one with short black hair) doesn’t care. It’s presented in her demeanor and honestly her salad composition as shown below.

I love aloha salads and it is such a shame that the one in Aeia is not up to standard with the other ones across the island.

I gave this place three chances. This one being my final for sure. Every time I’ve had burnt steak or a wrong order. It’s pretty disappointing honestly.

I expected more, the one in mililani, Kailua, honolulu are amazing. I just don’t understand why this one isn’t?

Needless to say it makes sense why this location is always empty.
