Bad con artists and horrible customer service. I attempted to schedule a spine adjustment and 90 min. massage, and you would think I was stealing money from them. I came here years ago to get adjusted but apparently theirs a new “doctor” that wanted to charge me the “first time” charge, which as far as I can tell is just a way they can get more money out of you. It’s not like he’s doing X-rays so... What was more upsetting is I spoke to 3 different people over the phone and they didn’t look into this or call to warn me that they wanted to overcharge me so they wasted my time and made me come all the way in and had to find out last minute! I should point out the reason I spoke to 3 different people is because they kept trying to charge me for packages I never requested. Moreover, they never asked me what was it about my back (if anything) that was bothering me...and never bothered making notes for my massage and the receptionist was rude and dismissive. It’s a good thing I didn’t prepay which they try and get you to do probably so they make their extortion easier. Stay away...
Read moreIn Pearlridge Mall, but have private rooms in the back hallways. I was hesitant at first bc I thought they just had that public area with the chairs.
I've only had 1 bad masseuse since going here, and she no longer works there. The wife & I see Lala & Leilani for special occasions, or if we just really need a massage to destress. My wife likes DEEP tissue massages, while I like them medium and just to relax. They can adjust to both. The rooms are nice & cozy, the massages feel great, and they offer military discount!! If there's anything I could critique, it'd be that I wish they made the rooms darker. The lights aren't on full blast or anything, but I wish they could dim it to a darker level. That's the only con I can point out, so it's easy to recommend this place. Plus after you're nice and relaxed you can grab some Auntie Anne's and Starbucks for the ride home!! Great massage in the...
Read moreI had a good and uncomfortable experience, the massages were good but comments were made by 2 therapists about a mole on my back and how I should have it taken off. I am comfortable with my mole but one of the therapists commented about not wanting to touch it (she was very active and just kept jumping around in place making weird breathing noises throughout the massage).
The other male therapist acted like my mole was a fungus or something, he made me feel icky he had a dry sense of humor with no personality at all, he didn’t even finish massaging my body, he just said “that’s all he had time for today” and let me go. He was very unfriendly and direct.
I have not been back since earlier this year and probably won’t be back. I know I won’t have those 2...
