Cherry On Top Frozen Yogurt — Attraction in Oʻahu

I did a search to find a good frozen yogurt shop in the area and this came up closest to me. This isn't a good location with lots and lots of traffic.

I'm a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to Frozen yogurt. It's like one of my travel hobbies.

They had a number of interesting flavors that I have never seen or experienced before. Naturally, I asked for a sample cup so I could decide what I would like enough to actually get a cup of. They said that they don't do samples so I suppose that means it's luck of the draw as to whether or not I actually wanted the one I got.

I get the fact that some people might take advantage of samples. But let's face it, if you're at a frozen yogurt shop it's part of the experience for customers to figure out what they want before committing to a whole cup of it.

This no sample policy smacks of being cheap and not customer oriented. I just turned around and walked out and went to another shop that treated me just fine.

If you're new to this particular shop and you want to just take a guess at what something might taste like, this is the shop for you. If you want to actually pick something you know you're going to enjoy...

Cute local ice cream/fro yo place. Serve yourself. One of the only places to get Dole Whip without having to drive over to the plantation or go to the USS Missouri food stand 😂😅 Lots of flavors. Delicious. Plenty of toppings, but lots of allergens (nut allergies beware! And lots of cross contamination if allergies/dietary restrictions for toppings). Service is sub par. They NEVER answer their phone when you call. Super crowded all of the time. Very limited places to sit. Wish it was bigger. Cute place though nestled next to Whole Foods. Take your dole whip and walk down to TJ Maxx instead of sitting around teens and kids😅. Tiny kids table though, cute. It's your usual Self-serving style yogurt store. The selection is minimal, with about 5 to 7 different flavors depending on the season (flavors come and go). They also have more toppings for your yogurt than other yogurt stores I've been to while they have been open. This place must be popular because a lot of other yogurt places like this have closed down. The theme of the store appeals to the infants and children, with cute small seating arrangements and some adult sized tables and chairs.
