I can't say enough amazing things about Nicki & her studio! It is SO MUCH MORE then a hot yoga class. Before every class she takes the time to read passages from spiritual books, speak affirmations, or share some type of high vibe/good energy words of wisdom/inspiration/love/positivity. In each class she incorporates a different mix of Chanting, Breath Work, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, Tapping, Energy Healing & more! She also offers sound baths on non yoga class days & workshops, reiki & more. I've done yoga all over this island, the other Hawaiian islands and across multiple states on the mainland and NO STUDIO compares to Hot Yoga by the Sea. The ambiance in the studio is also so amazing with all her cool hanging lights & spiritual decor.
