Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association Cottage Museum — Attraction in Oak Bluffs

Is it a museum? Is it a semi-delapitated house? Not easy to tell. Without significant signage it was a chore to distinguish the structure as anything else than a kitchy gift shop peddling typical mass-marketed New England memorabilia. That is until we were pointedly instructed by a carmougenly host that it was a pay-to-see establishment. Despite a severe lack of indicators pointing this was the case, we were asked to pay a toll or face wrathful consequences. Likely of a Devine source. For the price I would have expected more of a tour. Lady who collected money shared a little history but she was more interested in talking about the weather. Someone asked her a simple question that she didn't know. I did so I answered it and she thanked me but felt it was something she should have been able to answer.
