Vincent and JT did a fantastic job moving all of our belongings to our new home in Alabama. Vincent originally came to our home in Florida and gave us a very fair price for our move. He is very professional and gave us all the details of how he would move our things. On the day of our move Vincent and JT arrived at the time he had initially indicated to us. They both went to work carefully padding and shrink wrapping all of our furnishings before loading. On the day they arrived at our new home they again carefully unwrapped and placed all of our furnishings exactly where we wanted them. Update: After living in Alabama for a few weeks we decided it wasn’t for us and put the home up for sale to move back to Florida to live closer to our family. Once we had a contract on our Alabama home and put another home under contract in Florida there was no question who we would call to move us back to Florida. Vincent and JT came to our rescue and as professionally as before moved all of our things to our new Florida home placing everything exactly where we wanted it to go in the home. We have had furniture delivered by Unique Quality Furniture twice now. Both times they delivered the furniture and set it up without an issues with the actual furniture delivery, to speak of. We have dealt with three people within the two deliveries. All seemed like decent folks. They were nice and respectful to us. So yes, I would have no problem with using them again. The only possible negatives I could mention was that the first time, they called us in the morning to give us a better idea of when they would be delivering.Then called us later towards delivery time, to let us know they were on the way. The second time, there was no earlier call. So we didn't know until later in the day when they called to let us know they were on the way. This ruined my whole day since I had to sit around and wait, since I never knew when they were coming. And our delivery time was closer to dinner, than lunch. The second thing was they had music playing fairly loud outside our home as they unloaded and pre-assembled some of the furniture. Although, it didn't bother us, I could see that my neighbors in our HOA were not happy about it. I didn't say anything since they were almost finished by the time I realized it might be an issue. We've had multiple occassions of furnishings purchased locally delivered & set-up in our home by UNIQUE QUALITY FURNITURE & would rate their professionalism & efficiency as 5 star each and every time. These movers treated our home with care during deliveries calling prior to arrivals and texting updates prior to deliveries. During one delivery VINCE documented/took pictures of a console that came in damaged during the manufacturer' transport & explained the replacement process. We were delighted with UNIQUE QUALITY FURNITURE's subsequent return to our home to swap out the damaged piece when the new one arrived.
