Shore Casual Dinettes & Barstools — Attraction in Ocean Township

We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase from Shore Casual Dinettes. From the first time we set foot in the store we had a wonderful experience. We were looking for a slightly more elegant and formal look and never even realized with all of the custom options that they have that we could get exactly what we were looking for. If what you are looking for is not on the floor it doesn't mean it can't be done here! After customizing the look that we wanted and even getting to use our own fabric on the chairs, we placed our order. We were told a time period by the owner of approximately when the set would arrive. I believe our set may have arrived a week before scheduled. The guys came to deliver and they were great. They were very polite, courteous, helpful and very careful and clean while assembling our table. We are extremely happy with our set. It was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The quality was excellent! We did have a slight issue because we needed the bottom rail extended to fit our chairs under the table in a certain way since we only ordered 4 regular side chairs instead of 6. Again, the owner was wonderful. He apologized profusely and then bent over backwards to get the job done fast and we had our new bottom rail within 2 weeks or less. We were still able to use the rail that came with it until the new one came so we lost no time with our new table. Through that time the owner kept in touch with me giving me updates. When they did come to replace the bottom rail the guys were again extremely careful and made sure that everything was just perfect including the placement of the table under the chandelier! They took time to make sure it was just right. This was a stress free purchase with a wonderful company and we would highly recommend them. We plan to go back to purchase bar stools next. Early 2023, I ordered what I thought would be a gorgeous dinette set but was disappointed when it arrived. For the money we paid and the time we waited, it stung. The stain was significantly darker than what I'd selected from a sample table in-store and the delivery men knew it. When I said, "OMG, that's much darker than the color I picked" they commented about how it always looks different bc it's custom and people frequently give them a hard time. Almost like they knew it was coming. I guess I'm too nice bc I let it go and accepted delivery. For the past few months we've used the table here and there and I've discovered imperfections in the chairs (rough edging in different places). Is it good quality? It's better than the usual stuff you can find I'm sure but a couple of my chairs are already squeaking. I've only had this set for 3.5 months and we're 2 people - a normal weighted couple so there's def no strain on these chairs. I'd never spend that kind of money again for what I received. I'd rather buy a cheaper set. Obviously, since I accepted delivery I'll have to live with it but I probably shouldn't have. Wasn't the experience I'd hoped for. An expensive set and I don't love it. MY WIFE AND I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. WE WERE GREETED WARMLY BY CARLA WHEN WE WALKED IN AND WE WERE LEFT TO WALK ABOUT AND LOOK WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE FROM ANYONEWHICH IS A TOP PRIORITY FOR US. THE SHOWROOMS HAVE AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL HIGH QUALITY FURNITURE THAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED. THE FURNITURE IS SO BEAUTIFULLY HANDCRAFTED AND WELL BUILT THAT I CAN HONESTLY SAY YOU ARE TRULY GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR WHICH IS PRIORITY ONE FOR USMONEY WELL SPENT. WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR DELIVERY, WE HAD AN ILLNESS IN THE FAMILY AND HAD TO POSTPONE SEVERAL TIMES. IT HAD BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH BEFORE WE WERE ABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY. PAUL COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY MORE UNDERSTANDING, COMPASSIONATE OR GRACIOUS. THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE WONDERFUL AND COMPLETELY RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME WHEN BRINGING IT IN.
