GameStop — Attraction in Odessa

Every time I've gone into this store, the staff is super awesome. Yesterday, they went above and beyond for me. I purchased the newest Dragon ball game at a Midland location. The gentleman that sold me the game told me it was the FighterZ edition with the codes for the SSGSS code and season pass code. Also said it was the last copy they had. So I purchased it. I get it loaded up and tried to use the codes. The codes had already been used. So I called the store and explained the situation. I was told it was an unfortunate mistake but nothing could be done. My girlfriend called this location and explained the same situation to Sam. He told her I can bring in the copy and exchange it with them. I was impressed with Sam being able to do that for me and also for the gentleman that recognized who I was (Sam was a bit busy when I came in), I decided to not only put down money on a preorder but also renew my membership there! I went inside to buy a Mic-headset. And like always i figured it will be a quick in and out purchase. But the person working the counter started talking to these girls for a while. I was patient enough and waited till he finished with them but the whole time i was listening to their conversation, he was just talking to them about his life and all sort of other stuff that had nothing to do about a video game or anything that was inside Game stop. I did see his name tag and it says "Sebastian." his conversation was literally from 30-40 minutes long. So i got upset and put the mic-headset back and left. I used to work at this gamestop a couple years ago. Idk what happen everyone i worked with is gone now. Its under mew management and he is the absolute worst. He leaves the G.A's by them selves to do all the work. There was 2 long lines amd he came out of the back and i asked him a question he ignored me then i followed him amd he tried to hurry to the back again so he didnt have to help me. He turned around and said "WHAT" very rude. He if its not on the sheld they dont have it. But i had called before going and a G.A told me they did have 4. In stock.
