Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Odessa

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Pizza Hut. I waited almost 2 hours for 2 pizzas, apple pie sticks, and a garden salad. The manager was doing most of the work because the 10 employees in the prep area kept messing up the orders. I saw them make my order 3 times, to only finish with another incorrect order. I sat and watch them make 12 pizzas that were incorrect. The manager placed them on top of the stove and after more than 30 minutes of sitting out, he proceeded to rebox them and hand them out for current orders. Other customers waited an hour for their order and still my order was not ready. My order was #144. By the time I received my order, they were on 204. Every management staff member of this location needs to be fired and the Health Dept needs to investigate this location. This is an unsanitary, unsafe, no gloves, no hair nets, no professionalism having presentation of Pizza Hut. I would never ever return to this Pizza Hut, ever!!! If I could rate it a...

We called in an order for 2 large pan pizzas. One meat lovers with half jalepenos, one supreme with half jalepenos. Easy order? We arrive at the store and what they had waiting for us was one large pan half meat lovers half cheese with jalepenos, and one large pan half supreme with half cheese with jalepenos. Our order was not the most difficult, but they managed to get it all wrong. Then we had to wait for the correct order and you'd think they'd at least offer a free drink while we wait. Nope, not happening. Didn't get a free nothing much less an apology. To top it off,we get home start to eat our pies, the crust is undercooked and dowey, and the the jelepenos didn't cover close to half the pie. Very poor service and poor quality food! This is why we prefer to eat Dominos or Cici's Pizza. But this time was only because my brother in law prefers Pizza Hut. I hope that businesses like this understand that bad news travels faster than...

Not very good customer service. Went in and watched two employees working, making pizzas and such. Neither of them said anything to me but they knew I was waiting to be helped. I waited patiently but when the gentlemen went to walk back into the office I asked if I could be helped. He basically said it wasn't his job and said I should probably ask "her" as he pointed to someone sitting at a booth working on paperwork. Not sure how I was supposed to know to ask her. That lady never even looked up at me. The other lady working the back finally came and gave me my online order. She said the lady was writing a letter to management. I got home to find my crust was flat and it had not been cut into slices as they usually are. I think this bad customer is more common amongst the younger generation but these people were older.
