Time for some family fun! For me it has been years since I put on a pair of skates! It took me a while to get back the skating legs. I did manage to fall twice (I’m sure that will leave a mark)!! It was fun to get back out on the ice with my son & two grandsons! The only drawback was the ice was not very smooth! I’m not sure when they bring out the Zamboni to resurface but it definitely needed it! The adult piece to skate was $17 per person and that included skate rental. No difference in price if you have your own skates. I definitely had fun trying to keep up!!! The snack bar was just mediocre! Nothing really jumps out but it’s good to have a little something to choose from. Everyone definitely enjoyed the Hot Chocolate! Once my grandsons move back I can seen becoming a regular!

Wanted to take my 8 and 12 year old daughters ice skating for the first time on a Friday night! We had so much fun as a family. The young ladies at the front desk was wonderful friendly and kind. Nachos were average but they were good! Very clean nice atmosphere. The only thing I didn’t see was the lights off and the floor lit up like a disco and we were really looking forward to that but it’s okay maybe the lights will be dimmed next time. My 8 year old used a “trainer to hold on too and push to help learn her balance” but she didn’t need to use it a lot she learns fast to do it on her own! I recommend this place for families teens tweens and young ones it’s very welcoming and something new to try for a change .

I have to be honest here, mostly in hopes the staff will see this and make improvements. 1st off, I've been playing ice hockey since 1999. Love the ice, love the game. This facility has some pros and cons. 1st off, the bathrooms in the west arena are horrible! Bad smell, bad lighting, bad maintenance of stalls, not clean, so on and so on. The East arena is a bit better. The pro shop is 97% kids items and next to nothing for adults. The only time I have had my skates sharpened at the pro shop there was no talk about how I wanted them sharpened or profiled, the guy just grabbed my skates and did it. I had a hard time getting a straight answer if they offered baking skates too. Friday and Saturday nights are run by kids and I don't think they resurface the ice at all, it's pretty bad. The food is ok, just don't expect great. Let's face it, they aren't in the food industry but I commend them for offering something over nothing. FINALLY they are redoing the East arena!!! This is GREAT!!!! I look forward to seeing the improvements! This place seems family friendly and the staff interactions that I have had have been positive.

Really, the place mostly needs some maintenance done to the bathrooms, the insulation on the inside of the East arena, and to ensure the ice is zam'd after EVERY session if it isn't. Other than that I enjoy the place and glad...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I almost never complain about companies cause I understand, but other then "blue the manager" the staff was rude and unhelpful. I wanted a party that went smoothly, even though i know they almost never do. Lol The pizza I called about HOURS before was almost 20 minutes late, so the 10 kids I had their ages 11 to 6 months were super restless. I paid $225 for this party and thought that was reasonable. Then, after pizza and cake, it was time to skate. The girl at the counter passing out skates was rude and even after we talked to the manager about the walkers for the kids who couldnt skate, she was trying to charge the people at the party $2 a pop for them after I dished out $220 for the party, then finally gave in when "blue the manager" talked to her. I hate doing this. I understand it was late but customer service is big for me and it put me in a pissed off mood at my own...

There were multiple things wrong with my visit! The rink had no supervision on the ice on a Friday night. The teens were out of control. One girl was walking around on the ice in her fuzzy bear house slippers. Another 2 kids had the plastic trainer , one was riding on it while the other was pushing him around. They were cursing and saying The N word over and over. And then One boy mooned the kids over by the booths. When I told one employee what was happening he said “ I’m not the acting manager. I can’t do anything.” When I asked the girl at the front desk why there wasn’t anyone supervising. She said they were short staffed. I stated I thought that it would be a safety issue and there should be some sort of supervision on the ice rink. She said “Yeah, there should be.” Sad thing is my granddaughter takes figure skating lessons here and we practice here a lot. Might have to start driving...
