I suspect that I was the worst nightmare-of-a-customer they had in months, but Roni and Mark were awesome!
I came into the store to get my wife a new phone for Christmas to replace her lagging out-of-date phone. While we were there Roni looked up my Sprint account and found that since I was a long time Spring customer I was eligible for a free OnePlus 8 5G or a Samsung Galaxy A71 phone if I added a line. He also found that I was eligible for a third line free--for life! Roni also suggested that I come into the T-Mobile network (for those that don't know by now T-Mobile bought Sprint and evidently all Sprint customers will need/want to be brought into the better-faster T-Mobile network at some point).
This is where things got difficult for Roni and Mark. Roni had to move My wife's phone number and her phone's data (15GB worth) to a new OnePlus 8 5G phone. Mark had to call Metro PCS to get them to unlock my father-in-law's phone. Then Mark set up a temporary number in my father-in-law's phone to make sure switching it from the Metro PCS network to the T-Mobile network would work on his phone. This was important because once they ported his number to T-Mobile it was a done deal and if his phone was not compatible, my father-in-law would have been left with a dead phone. Needless to say it worked so Roni ported his number and installed a T-Mobile SIM card. Mark also brought me into the T-Mobile network which included a new SIM card and some new software.
They had to spend a considerable amount of time coordinating with Metro PCS and manipulating both the T-Mobile and the Sprint admin systems to get everything to happen properly. When Roni ran into some challenges on the Sprint admin system Mark came over and helped. When Mark ran into some T-Mobile challenges he turned the reins over to Roni. They tag teamed until everything worked!
Now we are all on the same bill, my wife has a new phone, and both my wife and father-in-law have unlimited 5G plans. The phone was free, my wife's plan was discounted $20/month and my father-in-law's plan is FREE for life!

Read moreDo Not Patron This Establishment. If I had zero stars as an option that is what I would use. Every interaction I have had with this store someone has lied to me. They pushed a new phone on us that we didn’t want saying it was free and the bill will be $60 per month. This was a bold faced lie. It is now 4 months later, and it is still not resolved. I have been on the phone with corporate almost every day for two months. Nobody at this store is willing or able to make a phone call and correct our account. If you shop here, make sure you get everything they say in writing. Don’t believe a word anyone tells you as there is a culture of lying to customers.
**Update: it has been 6 months of trying to get what we were promised. All that has transpired in the last 6 months is me wasting almost every lunch hour I have trying to get someone to help us. EVERY employee that we interacted with at the store no longer works there. The store manager doesn’t work there anymore and the District Manager, Dave, will not answer my calls or call me back. Corporate TMobile, as nice as they are, cannot help and they make me keep calling with no avail. We would have been gone months ago if they weren’t trying to charge us $1,000 for a phone that they promised was going to be free.

Read moreRoni helped me switch over from another carrier over a year ago and I couldn't be happier with the service. Not just the tmobile coverage, but with his help and commitment to his customers happiness. The other carrier did not make it easy to switch and it was a frustrating situation, but you wouldn't have known by his demeanor. Ive watched him with other customers and he always goes above and beyond for everyone. If he doesn't have a device in stock but another store nearby does he will go and get it for the customers instead of having them drive to another store. He did that for my mom. He takes his time with everyone like they are the most important customer and tries to make sure they are completely informed about their device and plans and comfortable with what they are leaving with. He tells everyone to call him or come back and see him if they have any issues. I've had very few issues, but hes always been able to resolve them. He is one of the most genuine, nicest people I've ever met, especially in the service industry. He doesn't sell people what thry don't want or need, and he listens to what they tell him their needs and wants are and he is truthful about what the company has to offer and always does his best to give them the best deal he can and save them money.
