3 months ago in September, I wrote a review but obviously it got deleted. I had my 2021 Highlander Platinum repaired here. I received it back with a flat tire (later discovered by Les Schwab that there was a nail in it), uneven hood, and they did not fix the wheel that was also damaged as part of the accident. They told me on the day I dropped off that they will include the wheel, but they didn’t. Loginne acknowledged the issues & told us to bring it back. They fixed the hood, replaced the wheel but refused to pay for the tire that was flat. Our vehicle was in the shop the whole time & it had no issues with the tire when we dropped it off. The day we picked up we noticed the light for the tire came on as we drove home from Caliber. We tried to tell Loginne and explain that the tire must have gotten a nail in it while they had our car at their shop but she refuses to cooperate & make things fair. She told us they put air in it and that nothing came up with their scanner that the tire had anything wrong with it. This is by far the biggest lie ever told to me by a person at a collision company. Our light for the tire came on & we have a fully loaded Highlander that tells us if anything is wrong. So, We took our vehicle to Les Schwab and guess what? They checked & called us & told us that they found a NAIL in the tire. They found a nail but mind you, Caliber said they checked & put air in it. Until now, this tire issue has not been resolved with Caliber, which I believe they should be responsible for paying for our tire that we had to replace. We ended up having Les Schwab fix the issue and paid for it out of pocket. Caliber used to be good when Jeff worked there. I have done business with Caliber multiple times in the past and had no issues until Jeff left & Loginne became the “manager.” I am very disappointed in their service & the fact that they deleted my review. I would not recommend this place to anyone who had never done business with them before. If this review gets deleted, I will post another. Thank you & hope you all have a wonderful...
Read moreI was involved in a hit and run on valentines day and my bumper was all pushed in and dinged up. I spoke with Gerry from Caliber in the next few days and he gave me a few steps with insurance to get done and then let me know that Caliber in Olympia, unlike the other collision places around, could get me in that same week, not in 8 weeks like insurance had told me. I came into the office and Kaila at the front desk let the rental car company know to come get me. When looking at what my insurance sent over she also noticed a discrepancy in the paperwork which was really helpful because I had time to have that fixed before my truck was done. Everyone was so great. They got my truck in and got to work. Gerry and max were in constant communication with me on what they were doing and how the timeline was looking. They ended up needing to replace my entire bumper and communicated with my insurance company for me and got that handled. My truck is my BABY so this level of communication really made me feel heard and at ease with the repairs. I just picked my truck up and Kaila took the rental off my hands so I wouldn't have to worry about that. Gerry took me outside and walked me around and showed me all the work in person and answered any questions I had. She was spotless inside and out! Cass did an absolutely amazing job detailing her for me! I did not expect this and it was a wonderful surprise. I literally got in my truck and got a little teary eyed just at having her back and pristine and Max and Jerry and Kaila and Cass just really did this for me. I can't thank them enough for turning this really horrible situation into a great experience. Will always choose Caliber in Olympia and send all my friends...
Read moreMy first impression of Caliber was blown away with their impressive communication, updating me on the repair process of my truck via text and calls. The Jeff that I was working with was very helpful and explained any of the delays (Truck was there for more than 4 months). I recently realized they didn't set a fog light in correctly and they didn't replace a light bar inset hood that obviously was damaged because it now has standing water in it (never was an issue before accident) and is draining the battery, I disconnected it and now not an issue. I called up the Caliber and found out that the Jeff that I had worked with doesn't work there anymore. The "new" Jeff was extremely unhelpful and cold -first he tried asking me if I had aftermarket part insurance.... umm yes (I'm thinking "why you pushing back in a negative tone to me from the start"). Then he tells me (I really felt he didn't hear half of what I explained) I need to contact my insurance company get approval and then.... TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SHOP THAT SPECIALIZES IN AFTERMARKET PARTS!!! Seriously?!?!? WoW!!!! Almost $20K in repairs and you want me to do all footwork and then go to another shop about a part that Caliber should have replaced or at the very least when finding out there is an issue with it telling me to go somewhere else???!!! And no mention of the fog light!! OK! All referrals will stop (4 to Olympia and 3 to Spokane Valley). Caliber is nice at first, not...
