Golf clubs are way too expensive. I saw a Cobra F8 driver there a couple weeks ago and they were asking $230 for it which is what Cobra's website sells it for brand new and the resale value is $135-158 according to PGA Value Guide. Not sure if you can haggle prices now but their old prices were much more reasonable. Used golf balls are still cheap and the staff is nice.
Edit: Went back for the first time since this review and the owner really doesn’t know what he’s talking about. $99.99 for a used sm7 wedge and $299.99 for a used sim max driver is wild. I’m all for supporting small businesses but these prices are just taking advantage of buyers who don’t know what they’re looking at. Owner, you obviously are making money selling clubs at these prices but that’s only because people are coming here thinking they’re getting a deal. Take a look at what actual golf shops around town are selling their used clubs for and I’d appreciate a less passive aggressive response. One star review to support the consumer rather than the price gauging small business. (Also before pga value guide changed it’s what every other golf shop in town would use, some would price at the lower end and others towards the top. This was the only spot that I saw sell clubs above the guides range. I don’t care what you used you’re taking...

Read moreHonestly found everything I needed including a pair of used hockey skates because my feet have changed since I last skated. Very friendly. However, there were 5 employees behind the registers when I checked out and asked about sharpening the blades. No one knew how but one and I said that’s ok. I’ll just do it at the rink. The employee insisted that he knew how to do it so I let him. Unfortunately, he wasn’t even back long enough to do it properly, for one. For two, I laced them up today for the first time and had no edge on one. I had to immediately take them off and have someone sharpen them. In the grand scheme for me, $6 isn’t a big deal - but PIAS likely has a lot of people who don’t know better buying used gear for kids. If you aren’t skilled and don’t know what you are doing, you can seriously cause someone to be injured. Please properly train your employees on sharpening a skate or...
