I went into Riddle's a couple weeks ago with a depressing request; to remove my wedding ring that I hadn't taken off in 27 years. Not only was I dealing with a life change, but my knuckles made my removing the ring myself impossible. Without hesitation Lydia Rymarcsuk and Brian Catania used a tool and 20 minutes to get it cut and removed. As I offered to pay for the service the impact they made wasn't that they refused payment it was the heartfelt conversations we had. I had just moved to Omaha and needed a friend to talk to more than just a ring removed. It may sound corny, but, they not only gave me friendly conversation as we got to know each other but listened to the story of how I ended up in their jewelry store! I was pretty embarrassed until I felt they sincerely listened to some stranger going thru a rough time in his life. I want to applaud whomever brought Lydia and Brian on board your company. The best way to drive your business is to find employees like them. They are great brand ambassadors for Riddle's and more importantly good people. I assure you that I will have a need for a jewelry store in the future and will be your customer. In my business I speak to a lot of professionals. Word of mouth is a big deal, esp in the midwest and I will "pay it forward".

Read moreMy boyfriend and I came to Riddle’s because a lot of people in my family, his family, and friends have told us that Riddle’s has beautiful, unique, and custom made jewelry. I knew I’d find something perfect there, as I had checked out other jewelry stores that had regular boring jewelry or really pushy staff.
The three staff I met that handled me and my boyfriend’s items were so personable, patient, and listened to all of our concerns. Lexi and Lydia were most knowledgeable about helping me decide on the finer details about my jewelry piece, and answered every little question or scenario that I thought of to help me make the final decision. Brian, the store manager certified a beautiful sapphire that would be put in a gorgeous ring setting the ladies helped me pick out.
Both Lydia and Lexi communicated well between each other when discussing our jewelry pieces, because when we came back in to pick out my boyfriend’s piece and one or the other was not there, they knew what was going on. I was always kept informed of what was going on with delivery of my jewelry by texts or calls. Overall this has been a very great experience with Riddle’s and we hope to be back soon for another excellent...
Read moreI lost one of my smaller diamonds out of my ring and went here to get a replacement. When it was done I picked it up on my lunch hour and went on my way. Everything looked fine looking at it normally. When I got home and looked more detail at it, the diamond was either placed way to far in or was smaller. Either way it looked smaller. This was the same time my husband and I were pcsing to a new command so I never went to get it fixed. That was bad on my part. I should have gone back and demanded it to be fixed. When I just paid a visit to Kay Jewlers they told me not only is it smaller than my other ones but it is also different in color. So I guess what I’m saying is yes, I should have gone back instead of waiting but for all you guys going forward...CLOSELY OBSERVE when you get them back. Don’t be like me.
