Ele chocolates are incredibly delicious and have begun to heal my digestion. I’ve been taking probiotics since 1996. A traumatic brain energy left my brain and gut injured with no medical solution. I discovered early on it was up to me to find the tools to deal with my future physical self. This probiotic (unlike the others that I’ve tried in the past) started working in the first couple of days. My lactose intolerance became very tolerable without medication. My energy levels/brain fog have not been an issue. My joints aren’t as stiff, instead more pliable. I feel as though my inflammation levels have decreased. Lastly the product is such a delicious snack after dinner every evening! The ability to handle stress without dealing with the above chronic issues improves my quality of life.
