Me and my fiance are frequent customers and we have always loved the experience with the employees they've always been really nice friendly and helpful to us and welcoming of our dog but today we came in and were greeted by a rude employee who made us feel very unwelcomed and had a nasty attitude and made us feel like we were stupid and unwelcomed. I also asked tor for second pup cup wich I can understand if it isn't allowed but she said that you guys werent even allowed to give them out they just do it because they feel like it but going to other franchises I know that is not the case .When I asked her what her name was she gave me a very nasty look and told me it was Brooklyn. We come here at least 3 times a week but will not be coming when she is on shift and she should really have a attitude check we understand people have bad days but dealing in customer service should not be taken out on the customers. Read moreVisited Wednesday, May 8th around 1:15/1:30pm. Upon walking in, the girls behind the counter weren’t overly friendly. I asked about the menu (the individual I was with was from out of town & not familiar), they essentially pointed to the wall & offered little guidance. Perhaps what drives this review the most was the condition of the bathroom. I travel on the road a lot for work & it was in the most horrid condition I’ve experienced (even compared to gas station bathrooms). There was no soap left and no paper towels……how are staff washing their hands?!? There was trash and a tampon strewn on the floor. There is also a hole in the wall from the door handle and it was stuffed with toilet paper. It felt completely unsanitary and being at a food establishment, incredibly concerning. Read moreBottom line, I ordered three drinks, one of which was very poorly made but it wasn't discovered until I gave it to my daughter when I got home. We tried to go back but unfortunately they close at 7pm on Sunday so it was a wasted trip. I had paid for my order at 6:55pm per my receipt. I called the next day to report the issue and was instructed to write a poor google review as the owner always responds. My kids go here all the time and I get the impression you're a pretty well run operation. Writing a bad review to get a voucher for a replacement drink isn't really the way I prefer to handle things but as an owner I would want to know and have the opportunity to make it right with my customer.
