Westroads Mall — Attraction in Omaha

This is the best mall in the Omaha and Council Bluffs area, but that really isn't saying much. Sure, it's got a bunch of clothing shops, but that's every mall in the history of malls.

The only real standouts here are the movie theater (which will almost certainly disappear if this mall ever starts dying, like every other mall), the Dick's Sporting Goods, and the Flagship Commons.

... Of course, the theater really isn't anything special and the Flagship Commons is a total waste of money. If you like bland, overpriced food, you'll love the Commons. Seriously, save yourself the $10 or so at the ramen shop and make some 10 cent ramen at home (just toss in your preferred veggies and an egg). Overpriced standard tacos, burgers, salads, etc. Amsterdam might have some decent food, if you're into that, but I can't comment because it's not my type.

The bottom floor used to have an arcade and mini golf. Now it's yet another clothing store. That cost this mall a star in my review.

Honestly, you should just avoid the crowds and go to the Mall of the Bluffs or to the Oakview Mall. Yeah, they're both 2-star malls, at best, but at least you won't be dealing with the kind of lines...

My wife, kids, and myself visited the west roads mall on 06/07/2021. Every-time we visit here and my wife needs to pump they always have the nursing rooms locked. Every time I have to go get someone to unlock the room door. This time the security guy told me that they are locked and he couldn’t have anyone open them, that they were busy and shut the door on me so my wife went to talk to him he told her he was too busy to unlock the door the doors are locked at 530 it was 5 o clock at the time and told her to use one of the family restrooms where my wife is supposed to pump where there is human feces smell and particles so I’m supposed to change both of my children there where there is no changing station and my wife is supposed to sit on a toilet and have airborne fecal particles mix in with my three month olds milk very unprofessional and inappropriate. Very little handicap parking available near the store I went to, inside the music was very loud people were yelling trying to talk to each other, there were large groups of kids I'd say teens standing in the entrances to stores not moving to let anyone by, I got my food stepped on as they were yelling & rough housing with each other & 1 of the stores was Victoria Secret/PINK & they were all boys not waiting for anyone inside other than "hot chicks" they'd ask out whenever females trying to leave the store got to the entrance they were making a huge mess of the displays at the front of the store for "fun", saw 3 security officers look but did or said nothing, so I didn't get to look at what I went to get as every time I asked to get by & in the area they'd start hitting each other bumping into me.
