Stereo City Ontario — Attraction in Ontario

First off there needs to be a zero star rating available because one start is giving them too much credit as it is, the good ratings they have are all from family and friends they tap in with to make them look good. I took my Cadillac in for a simple small stereo system hook up I had but went ahead and purchased all new equipment from these guys and I scheduled for a later day in the week for the install, took the car in on the scheduled day and asked if it would be ready in time by a certain hour they told me yes, i get there and waited over an hour still while they knew I didn't have time to be waiting around, car gets done and the bass goes up and down in volume on its own they claim it's a simple fix but want me to leave the car a few hours longer keeping in mind I had no time for that not only that they took over an hour longer than promised. I took the car back to them the following week after they kept insisting for me to take it back so I did that and picked up the car few hours later, before all this they mounted everything halfass with wires everywhere exposes and lose, so because of the lose wires now my sounds goes on and off as I'm driving I had been in contact with Ross who claims to be the manager but now that I'm still having issues he's not showing up to work or only shows up around 3-4Pm when they close at 7pm? I had asked him if he would reimburse me for having another shop fix the grounds they used self tappers on since i don't trust their work quality all he says is he wants to continue having my business and goes in circles over the fact that I still have problems with the install they did. Another thing is they had sold me complete JL Audio wiring which they didn't but when the other stereo shop told me it was off brand wiring and I called them out on it thats when they insisted on me taking the car back now all of the sudden Ross is MIA? Owner of place doesn't tap in to see how the place is ran? Hopefully this helps as a warning to others before spending hard earned money with them. I tried making things right before posting this but they just don't care...

Went by here finally after a few years of living in the area. Finally got a car that I didn't mind messing with the electrical side of things. I went in everyone was friendly and attentive. I said hello and then I hit them with : I was there to pick someone's braining ask a few questions. Carlos was the gentleman that took on the challenge. I let him know that I had my own equipment and that I wanted to install a dual sub woofer speaker box and an amplifier to push the subs that went with it. Since I had equipment all I needed was their expertise, skill and some wiring to install said items. He stated sure we could that today. I stated I wasn't in a rush and that we could set up an appointment. There was a deposit to secure the appointment. I said sure let's do that. He gave me a quote and come that appointment date I was there early enough with car, speaker 🔊 box and amplifier in hand. Less than 3 hours later I get a text message that the boom boom was ready. I liked Carlos he understood the assignment and had his guys get the job done clean clear and simple. He was cool knew what I wanted and was knowledgeable about the concept and the process. Once I got my car the 1st song 🎵 I put on that had a decent amount of bass was LL Cool J's Going back to Cali ( The OG version). Needless to state I will be back in the future for more noise and boom boom producing equipment. Thanks Stero City in Ontario for the hook up and the just as much the price was right and the warranty. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. As they would say way back when...

If you are in need of any car audio products, this is the place to go! I came in for a new head unit, kind of already set on which one I wanted. Carlos assured me it was a great unit that I had picked out, and that I wouldn’t be disappointed. I also decided to get some new front speakers for my car while I was there since one of the speakers in my car had started failing. I told Carlos what speakers were currently in the car (Alpine Type S), and he recommended some Focal speakers that sound better than the Alpines. And best of all, he gave me the head unit and speakers at an amazing price. His price beat Amazon (which currently has the lowest prices for both products) by a total of $25! Now that’s what I call a great business! I was a little skeptical that this place would have competitive pricing and be worth my time but after today, I will definitely come back for all my car...
