I came here thinking I was going to have a fun night, but instead I felt like I was in a bad dream that wouldn’t end. Let’s start with the food. I’ve had better meals in a gas station microwave. I ordered a burger, and it tasted like it was made from leftover cardboard. I swear the fries were just deep-fried shoe soles. The “signature sauce” was like they just dumped ketchup in a bowl and told me it was special. They could’ve just served me a bag of pretzels and saved everyone the trouble. Now, the game floor. Good luck! The chairs are so uncomfortable, I thought I’d be better off sitting on a pile of rocks. The lighting was so bad, I could barely see my cards… which, honestly, might’ve been a blessing since the game was such a disaster. Every table was like a zoo—people yelling, arguing, and the noise was unbearable. Oh, and don’t get me started on the dealers. If you’ve ever wanted to see people with zero personality, these dealers are the ones to watch. It’s like they’re all auditioning for a role in a movie where they don’t care about poker OR the people playing it. I got scolded for asking a question about the rules, and the dealer rolled their eyes so hard, I thought they might lose them. Their attitude was so bad, it made the food seem gourmet in comparison. In short, this place is a trainwreck. If you want bad food, miserable dealers, and a poker game that feels like a punishment, this is the spot for you! I wouldn’t come back if they paid me to.

This company is so discrimination to employees like operation director Michael Stringer he is so bad , a lot of food items expires, do not eat there you don’t know how bad is the kitchen, staff don’t have experience. Pooker room garbage too .they pay money to some people to play with you and you lose money , they are professional so be careful, also food never ever eat because kitchen is super dirty and wrong temperature I ad picture look Chicken filet should not have bone but sold to guest with bone. Every 6 months new manager, a lot of employees get fired , DO NOT WORK THER they tread you so bad and cause you problem then you can not file unemployment. Also they answer on good reviews not to bad one , because they are them family, And some poker players are from the company paid them to play with customers to lose money and they are professionals.

I love OCRCC. The room is very nice- lots of tables. Action is really good at OC- very loose (compared to Hard Rock in Tampa). No room in Central Florida is giving away more high hand money than Orange City. They also run meet up games with vloggers as well which brings in a ton of action. Full liquor bar. The food is always good too- I've rarely been disappointed. Overall a great place to play poker if you're in the Orlando area.

A year and a half ago they barred me from this poker room for no reason at all whatsoever they just felt like it I wanted to deal in the poker room more than anything else and unfortunately the management and staff made me very uncomfortable and it just became an issue going through the class but I know I can deal and I have a gaming license they turned around and made sure not one poker room in this state would give me a chance to deal but they also subsequently barred me from this room for no reason at all whatsoever from playing I did nothing wrong and the reason is that they just felt like it they felt like it for no reason and treated me worse than a criminal and this is a horrible horrible place that has run very horribly by people who give the position of authority to then turn around and treat people like garbage all I ever wanted to do was deal poker and they made sure that I fail the class I guarantee that I can pass with my eyes closed but since they wouldn't let me finish the training properly when I went back to start playing they tapped me on the shoulder and tell me I'm not welcome here they threatened to have me arrested they threaten to throw me out they called me all sorts of things they really went out of their way to make my life a living hell and I don't understand how this poker room stays in business when they could treat people like garbage and that's what they do they treat people like garbage I have not stepped on the property in a year and a half but one time I called and asked if I could come in because one of my family members passed away and I wanted to play poker they told me if I was even in the parking lot there was going to be problems this is a horrible place and I would recommend staying away because the next person that can be barred for no reason could be you. They wouldn't even give me a chance to rectify the situation whatsoever not one opportunity to not only prove I can deal but if anything else to at least be able to play poker and this is what you got you get people giving them a power of authority to treat others like garbage and if you're not there kind of people they're going to borrow you and I'm living proof of that 😢😢

As of July of 2024 it's been four and a half years since I stepped foot in the poker room and they still would not allow me to come in they still will not allow me to bet the horses or play poker it's absolutely amazing that a company like this could be such harsh disgraceful to the public especially when I did nothing wrong I did nothing wrong and they still won't allow me to come into the poker room...

There's something fishy going on with the poker here (NL Texas hold em). I've played poker all over the country and I know what fair poker looks like. I've played here consistently over the last month and I've seen the same weird bad beats over and over with the same locals. I mean really weird hands like dominated hands calling all ins and getting 2 outers over and over. and then locals who have 20x the buy in from playing all day and winning consistently all day. I don't know what's going on or how it's happening, but I won't be playing here anymore. I've played poker for 20 years and I've never had a 5/5 losing streak before. I tested them by playing a different poker style every day and each style eventually lost to something unavoidable. Even if you only bet when you have something like a 80% chance of winning you will still eventually lose. If play ultra conservative you will be whittled down. If you play ultra aggressive when you're ahead they will fold when it seems ludicrous to call, but they will call if you bet just normal aggressive and get a bad beat on you. It's like they know the cards. It's only certain people who get dealt these hands these bad beaters consistently, but if you're passing through you won't be able to tell who they are. Also I pay attention to the other players and I see good players losing to a bunch of stupid luck on big hands that shouldn't have been called. There is just something going on. Maybe it's not with all of the dealers but it's with...
