Updating my review, this place is a mess. My wife mobile orders 2 drinks, and the app states 20+ mins. I arrive 30 mins later, and as I walk in, 1 drink is there. I wait another 5 mins and notice the screen states the orders that are complete, in process, and not started. It details that my order is complete. So I look at the mobile area again and no drink. I ask one of the ladies how much longer for my order (referencing the order name), without even turning around she rudely says a few more mins we are really busy. I say yeah, but the screen says my order is done. With attitude, she turns around and repeats herself. I say that's great, but why is the order screen showing it's complete? It's been 40 mins, and she again says we're busy.
Another young lady hears this and comes over and asks for the name, I give it, and she says I made that, someone must have taken it. She proceeded to remake it, rushing, and as I brought it home to my wife, she said it wasn't made correctly. But the other point is had I listened to the rude young lady I would have waited for how much longer bc no one was actually working it. This spot has to do better.
Unfortunately, the rating is a product of the whole experience. Starbucks itself is fine, However, the ppl that go here and their lack of common sense as drivers knock the rating down.
From driving on the wrong side of the road, to entering the drive-thru from the wrong side to going down the wrong way parking lot to completely blocking right of way traffic, a large portion of customers have no regard for others. I've seen them block in parked cars, use the handicap spots all to run in for their coffee.
I'm not a coffee person but my wife is, we mobile order 10 mins before arriving and are in and out, IDK if Starbucks can do anything, but something has to change. My wife has gone to the Target, Deltona or Sanford location on occasion to avoid this...
Read moreI used to avoid Starbucks and make fun of people who buy expensive Starbucks coffee. But after taking college classes again I can't live without this place. Studying at home is boring and very distracting.
I love coming here and studying all day. And I mean all day. During the week it doesn't get too busy and there is usually always a seat close to an electrical outlet. The big table in the middle of the cafe has a long power strip running underneath it!
The staff here are really friendly. Just be patient with them. They have lots of new young workers all the time and if you don't get your drink in 5 to 8 minutes, chances are they forgot about your order! So just speak up and say something!!! I've seen several customers just stand by the counter forever waiting for their drink without saying a word.

Read moreWorst starbucks I've ever been to. The lobby at 9am literally has 12 people waiting for drinks..people without mobile orders are ignored when trying to order. There needs to be one cashier for dine-in who does NOT move from register. One barista for dine in, one for mobile, and two for drive thru. Not difficult, people! They take forever to take your order, forever to make a drink. You have mobile people in here who have been in here for fifteen plus minutes waiting on their drink that is already paid for .
Then, when your dine-in order is ready, they want to call your name six times til you come get your drink. So annoying. Don't call my name until my food item, my water, and my coffee item are complete .
They have 8 workers but nobody seems to be doing anything. And the cashier's are slower than molasses when they do take your order.
