I very excited to try this place as it was close to where I worked, but was very disappointed with the food. I ordered the lunch bento box special which was the teriyaki chicken fried rice, ginger salad, and California rolls with no avocado. The salad was alright but the ginger dressing was terrible. The fried rice had literally nothing in it end it tasted awful. It tasted like someone cooked it in lighter fluid. The California rolls were very dry and did not have much flavor to them whatsoever. The chicken teriyaki, if that’s what it’s called, was disgusting. The teriyaki sauce did not taste anything like teriyaki it looked and tasted like brown colored lubricant jelly with sesame seeds. I ate with some friends who all stated their food was terrible too. 2 of them got the chicken pad Thai and another got the same as me. We all got sick to our stomachs after eating it and the food was not even worth it. I cannot say I will ever eat here again. When we went in to order some of the employees were arguing and one was yelling at a customer telling him he was being too loud, but the poor elder gentleman was hard of hearing even with his hearing aids so he couldn’t help but speak a little louder than normal. The overall experience was not good. Hope others have a...

I spent about $62 here, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It took over an hour for the food to be ready, and the quality did not match the price.

We ordered several items: • Crab Rangoons – no crab meat inside, no flavor. • Avocado Roll – very bland, lacked any flavor. • Chicken Tempura Roll – normally one of my favorite rolls anywhere, but here the chicken was extremely tough and hard to bite. I paid $7.95 for it and only managed to eat one piece. • Hawaii Roll – the pineapple and juice were poured over the sushi, making the flavor overwhelmingly sweet and overpowering. • Chicken Fried Rice – overcooked and completely lacking flavor, just like another review I had read before coming. • Chicken Noodles – also overcooked, with chicken that was not good at all.

Overall, I did not enjoy the food and could not finish it. I honestly felt like I wasted $62, and I had to get food elsewhere afterward. The only positive was the customer service — the staff was kind and polite.

I really wanted to like this place since it’s close to me, but sadly, the food quality was not worth the price...

Speaking frankly, it is one of the more better, if not the best, local options for sushi in the Deltona/Debary/Orange City area.

As a first time customer, seeing as how they've only been open this weekend, We didn't know what to expect. Walking in for a dine-in dinner though, we were seated quickly had our drinks mere moments later.

We initially came for sushi but we also ordered appetizers and soup as well. The Miso soup, as simple as it is, was full of flavor and had some of the silkiest tofu I've ever had. The gyoza (dumplings) we nice and crispy, decently filled, too.

Sushi, the main event as it were. We split five rolls between the two of us. We had the JB Roll, the Dancing Tuna Roll, the Orange City Roll, the Fancy Dragon Roll and the Chtistmas Roll. All very good, all with their own flavor and flair but the absolute winner, in my eyes, was the Orange City Roll. All of its flavors came together to form a taste so good it'll be hard to forget.

Will I go back? Yes. Will I spend as much as I did tonight? I might spend more.

But the real question we need to ask ourselves:

Is it worth...

I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box. The chicken was a bit too pale for my taste, and the sauce was gelatinous. I have never seen a gelatinous teriyaki chicken before. I didn't take a single bite because when I picked up a piece of the chicken, the sauce slid off and folded over, which completely killed my appetite. The rice was underdone and cooked with a lot of snap peas or edamame, which I personally did not care for. The water was seemingly unfiltered tap water, a bit off tasting. I only ended up eating one of the gyoza (which was VERY fried), and it was actually quite yummy. I definitely recommend those. Not pictured, my dinner guest got the chicken & filet mignon hibachi, which was similarly pale and gelatinous. The server was sweet, and the place was clean, but no one asked why my meal was untouched. We didn't bother to complain, just paid for it anyway, but we will not be returning - my food experience was definitely a 1 star, but I don't want to review it that harshly as it may have been an off night.

Another new place… My wife loves sushi so we had to try it. Thankfully they have more than just sushi. The atmosphere is pleasant and modern looking. Severs are attentive and interactive. Always talking to someone like family. Shortly after being seated they served us Edamame which were quite tasty while she took our drink order. Wife got a Dr Pepper while I got a Kirin Ichiban… a Japanese beer. Reminded me of Budweiser. For entrees, I ordered the Sesame Chicken with a Ginger Salad and my wife … the Ginger Salad, Amazing Roll, and a Tuna avocado roll. She thought they were good. Not great but good. My Sesame Chicken was way too salty. I could not finish it. I will try it again at a later date, hopefully they fine tune it. Overall the experience was pleasant and the food ok. Always try a place a second time especially new openings…

If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars I definitely would! This has become my family’s absolute favorite place to eat! The consistency is on point and never once have we gone and been disappointed! Hands down the BEST sushi spot we have been to. Since we love it so much we have brought friends and family along and every single one has raved about how good the food is! If you are looking for a cute cozy spot to enjoy delicious food this is definitely the place! We have enjoyed many occasions such as Mother’s Day and Birthdays and the staff really goes above and beyond for their customers by adding cute little touches to make those occasions so much more special! The atmosphere is really nice and the service has been great every single time!! 10/10 recommend!!!!!
