I went there to get a battery for my car that cost me about $175. And asked to have it installed for me and the manager ms. KIA BROWN IS SO GHETTO and unprofessional it’s not even funny. After I purchased the battery there was only 2 people behind me (mind you I had to wait in line to about 15 min to get the battery) the manager felt that it was a great business decision to put me aside and wait for almost an hour to get the battery installed (so she could help the 12 people that walked in the store after me) Isn’t that amazing. And when I talked to her about it she told me it doesn’t matter if I spend my money at her store today. What’s important is that the installation is a curtesy and it’s either I waited or I’m free to leave if I so desire. And she did not say it in a nice way either. She was rolling her eyes or should I say her extra long eyelashes the whole time. Even her employees were uncomfortable with the situation. I called corporate and talked to Maira (hopefully I don’t butcher her name) and she advised me to wait for a call from the regional manager (mr Cruz) in order to have some customer service at this place because this is unacceptable. I purchased an Autozone battery online last year and the store failed to provide the 2 year warranty because "I did not add the warranty to my purchase." They also said "this is why you shouldnt buy products online , its better to buy at the store."Acording to Google, duralast products can be exchanged at any Autozone store with or without reciept. Every time I've tried exchange a duralast part there is always an issue.
