Six Stars!! Last weekend my son and I rolled in a few minutes before closing to look for a patio table to replace my 20+ year old Telescope table that was damaged last year in a storm. We were not expecting anyone to help us, we were just hoping to quickly to pass through the store to see if they carried the brand/style of table that we needed. Despite that it was closing time, 2 gentlemen spent time with us and helped us figure out which table we needed. I want to specifically comment and highly recommend porch and patio. Last year we bought an outdoor patio set. After we took the cover off we noticed that there was a bow in the table and it had cracked. We reached out to porch and patio and I spoke with jeff. He was amazing and rectified the situation immediately. They ordered us a new table which just came. My wife and I could not be happier. Terrible experience guy was rude was more concerned about ordering 2 hot dogs and fries. Was trying to sell us a table and chairs that did not meet our needs. He told us to go home and look online to find what we wanted. Store was empty he could have sat down with us and showed us what we were interested in buying online.
