The Makeup Shack — Attraction in Orange

Just about 1 year since we shopped here... Pretty good quality makeup. The lip liners are pretty good quality, given that they have held up in the last year since we purchased them--they sharpen well and they're soft enough to transfer the pigment but stiff enough to where they hold their shape when you sharpen them (better than MAC)... The two-sided eyebrow brush is my favorite--one of my kids liked it so much that I had them keep it so now I have to return back to buy another. We experienced wonderful customer service with everything being explained to us on how return or exchanges work depending on the item--that was a bit off-putting at first but then I understood why, because some products are theirs and others are...

tried to return a foundation that was not my color, I didn't use it on my full face and the girl that picked up the phone was rude said "NO EXCHANGES" I told her correct that's only specifically stating on lashes when you even view the receipt. I know one client leaving and never returning will not hurt them at all but maybe let everyone know there are ZERO refunds or exchanges. I asked her to speak with a manager and she put me on hold for a while and I had no choice but to hang up. foundation was $22 I could've gone to a professional setting and had a more luck getting a true color Match to my skin tone.

I’ve been going to The Makeup Shack since they opened and I absolutely will keep supporting their business. This family-owned and operated store is always a go-to for me because there’s always parking, and it’s easy to find. Both locations, Orange and Las Vegas, are stocked with my favorite lashes for my clients, and their brushes are amazing! They offer a great selection of professional and consumer brand retail, and if they don’t carry something, I always ask Ines! The staff is always pleasant and helpful.
