The lip liners are pretty good quality, given that they have held up in the last year since we purchased them--they sharpen well and they're soft enough to transfer the pigment but stiff enough to where they hold their shape when you sharpen them (better than MAC)... The two-sided eyebrow brush is my favorite--one of my kids liked it so much that I had them keep it so now I have to return back to buy another. Read moretried to return a foundation that was not my color, I didn't use it on my full face and the girl that picked up the phone was rude said "NO EXCHANGES" I told her correct that's only specifically stating on lashes when you even view the receipt. I know one client leaving and never returning will not hurt them at all but maybe let everyone know there are ZERO refunds or exchanges. I asked her to speak with a manager and she put me on hold for a while and I had no choice but to hang up. foundation was $22 I could've gone to a professional setting and had a more luck getting a true color Match to my skin tone.
