The food is actually great, but the night time manager really needs more training on his customer SERVICE. I went thru drive thru last night, ordered 2 Big Carl sandwiches (because they have been advertised, "Buy one, Get one for $1 more). I get up to the window, pay for what I thought was my complete order and he hands me ONE sandwich in a bag, and akses me if I want a receipt. Im okay with not getting a receipt if I've been to a location quite a few times without incident and getting the correct order, but your cashier in the window really shouldn't ever ASK of the customer wants a receipt, it should be automatically given to the customer with their change...and I knew something was off when I opened it and saw one sandwich so I asked him why. He tells me "Thats only the promotion you get of you buy a combo."
I then inform him that I've been to that location several times and its not whats advertised. He then tells me, that I am wrong and then strangely points to his screen to make it seem as though I am still wrong! It was really frustrating because as a business your staff should ALWAYS HONOR the advertised promotions. ALWAYS. Read moreI felt compelled to write this review considering some of the rediculous reviews I've seen. When I read about a customers ability to recognize the taste of pesticides, I feel compelled to write more of an objective review. This is a fast food restaurant which means that preservatives are used. Those preservatives most likely produced the taste referred to. Bottom line is if you don't want preservatives, don't go to fast food restaurants.
I digress, today I utilized the drive-thru. I was served by Ana and she was very pleasant and courteous. The food was delivered in a timely manner and she sent me off with a "have a nice day" salutation. Once home, my order was correct and the condiments I asked for were present.
