So this is one of the few times I feel the need to write a long, detailed review.. I have had "a diamond guy" for many years, so I didn't need to shop around. However, I kept hearing great things about Dash Diamonds, so I figured I would give them a shot. I called and made an appointment because for my diamond guy, it was always more convenient for him, so I wanted to give them the same respect. Unfortunately, I had to check my calendar and change my appointment a couple of times, and they easily rescheduled me. I ended up needing an evening appointment (since I work late), and they accommodated me happily. I arrived to my appointment and was blown away by the atmosphere inside. I generally don't care too much about how a place looks, but this was hard to ignore. I could tell that they are very clean and take care of the entire space. And the inventory was amazing. They had so many options of so many styles in every price range. I was greeted immediately by a young lady and didn't have to wait long before my appointment with a gentleman named Joe. We discussed many different things that were on my mind. Joe was very honest and just as important, detailed. I have noticed that people are very vague and quick in this industry, but not Joe. He discussed everything and even recommended items I could purchase from OTHER jewelers. He made me feel very comfortable, and I purchased a nameplate for my girlfriend that he designed and customized to the perfect size and style to match my budget. I enjoyed his service so much that I returned a couple of months later to discuss a ring to propose to my then girlfriend. Again, he was very honest and even recommended that I look at other rings with other jewelers, because he was that confident in his product and service being the best. I did exactly that, and he was right. When it was all said and done, I was back with him making the purchase because he had the nicest diamond, the best setting, the fastest service, and the most competitive price. He also CUSTOM made a ring for me, since the concept I wanted did not exist. It does now, thanks to them. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Dash Diamonds! I’ll preface my review by saying that the process of buying a diamond to me feels in many ways like buying a car. Educated customers will always try to find the best value whereas sellers will typically look out in their best interest to flip a buck. Therefore, it’s hard not to be skeptical or question what you're being told.

Prior to visiting Dash Diamonds, I had mixed experiences with other merchants (local and online) who I didn't feel understood my vision or were trying to sell me on things that didn't align with my needs or budget. After meeting Joe, I quickly realized that he was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He guided me throughout the entire process of finding an engagement ring and didn’t try to BS me in any way. He provided solid options within my budget, was a good communicator, and set clear expectations. Joe is more about building relationships with people and standing behind his products versus treating you like a one-off transaction.
