There was a lot of varieties and many food origins to choose from. I didn't like how they set their own staff and teams up to fail by not making sure they know somewhat an idea of basic circular offers like the buy 1 get 2 free and if something is marked 2/$5 or 2 for anything if you have to buy both or will one be $2.50 Also at the Service Desk the employee working there had no clue if there was a specific time the daily giveaways or offers were available and she didn't go check with anyone and just responded with what she thinks. This was our first time and with the meat selection alone I'll be back and an added bonus special item new favorite I haven't had in over 13 years. A client used to make this fresh in his bakery, I found Baklava!!! I was not disappointed and Pete's this is way better than the one I used to get from my client and it's not too sweet great crunch and I got to share a memory with my kids and that made it more special. Please have a buzz meeting so employees know the basics and remember to greet customers a simple wave, head nod or hello so simple. A lot of employees were in their own world not wanting to be bothered but Yolanda was very polite and kind. I didn't get the security guard's name at the entrance but he wiped a cart off and greeted us and set the tone. There was some caramel dripping inside where my daughter was going to sit and he kindly swapped them out with no issues. This store has great potential please add seeded fruits to your produce section like other locations. If you love rice you won't be disappointed by the huge selection and different types. There are also hot bar items like jerk, different sushi, bakery items, soups and more to choose from made in store. Go check this new location out and see...

Pete’s in Orland Park is simply the Mecca of fresh produce & quality foods. I’ve been a huge Pete’s fan for years and Orland didn’t disappoint. Their produce area is literally a rainbow of the freshest and most organized selections of any type of produce one can imagine. They had great prices on so many fruits and veggies plus the freshness beats their competitors by far. The meat & seafood sections as well are exceptional plus the deli offers so many choices! I was thrilled to find imported Feta cheese for $6.99, a great deal. What can you say about the hot & cold food areas but wow. Someone mentioned they can get it cheaper at a competitor’s hot station however if you’ve ever had Pete’s ready to make foods, zero comparison. Their selections are so incredible, freshly made and far more offerings than any other grocery store. Their Greek chicken, smoked meats, sides, pizzas, sushi bar, soups are the best and reasonable because it’s constantly monitored with fresh items coming out with their turnaround instead of food that’s been sitting out looking & tasting stale. Bar none, the best. Their sushi station is just a great touch with professional sushi makers for made to order. Dubai chocolates, freshly made popcorn station, the floral dept. is unreal, their bakery is amazing, wonderful array of imported cheeses, the beer cave and all the perfect touches that show how much Pete’s Fresh Market caters to their customers. I love this family owned store and can go on & on about how their workers are so hospitable & the eye for detail. It’s a great addition and will do well. Just a...

Pete’s Fresh Market in Orland Park is truly in a league of its own. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a stunning, modern interior that feels both spacious and inviting. The store is impeccably organized, making it easy to navigate the endless selection of high-quality products.

One of the standout features is the sheer variety of fresh produce—everything is vibrant, perfectly ripe, and clearly handled with care. The grocery section is also a treasure trove for Middle Eastern food lovers. Whether you’re looking for premium cuts of halal meats, fresh labneh, creamy hummus, or top-tier imported olive oils, Pete’s has it all. They carry an impressive selection of spices, pickled goods, tahini, and even harder-to-find items like makdous and sumac. Their snack aisle is stocked with everything from date-filled ma’amoul cookies to the best selection of nuts and dried fruits you’ll find anywhere.

Beyond the products, what makes this location truly exceptional is the staff. The employees are consistently kind, helpful, and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. The checkout process is smooth, and the overall experience is one of quality and care.

Pete’s Orland Park isn’t just a grocery store—it’s an experience. Whether you’re shopping for everyday essentials or hunting down authentic Middle Eastern flavors, this is the...

Pete’s Fresh Market — Orland Park, IL I’ve grown to really enjoy shopping at Pete’s Fresh Market in Orland Park. In an area where grocery stores are plentiful, Pete’s easily earns its place on my list of favorites. The selection is abundant, with fresh, high-quality options at prices I find affordable. I especially appreciate their prepared foods—the presentation is always clean, appealing, and delicious. Their fresh-squeezed juices are another highlight, with the tangerine juice being a personal favorite and a rare find. Located in the heart of Orland Park’s shopping district, the store benefits from ample parking. My only real complaint is the exit layout—it’s easy to get in, but getting out can be frustrating. The infrastructure just doesn’t flow as well as it could. That said, the ambience, friendly service, fresh produce, and specialty offerings make the occasional parking hassle worth it. Shopping, for me, has to feel like an experience, and Pete’s delivers. My tip: shop earlier in the day for an easier time leaving the lot—and enjoy the visit.
