I ordered an engagement ring and band with a promised turnaround of 2–3 weeks. After 16 days with no updates, I called and could tell they were flustered like they had forgotten about it. They promised it by day 18. It was not ready. They moved it to day 20, then day 21. Day 21 they ignored my calls all day and called me at 8:30pm saying it’d be ready day 22. Each time I had to change plans with family, friends, a photographer, etc.
When I finally went in on day 23, the ring was the wrong color. At first, they said 4–5 days to fix it, then changed it to 2 weeks. Then after I left they called and said it would be 4 days again. They offered $200 off, which was not even a 5% discount. I asked for more or additional services like resizing or cleaning; they refused.
Their reasons kept changing. At one point, they said they did not want to rush the process. Another time, they blamed UPS being late. When I pushed for a larger discount, they said they had to speed up the process and make the ring in-house to get it to me on time. I explained the only reason they were rushing was because when I called on day 16, they had clearly forgotten my order. Without that call, it likely would have been even later. And even after speeding it up, they still missed several more promised dates.
By day 27 they were still saying “tonight for sure,” then “100% tomorrow.” On day 28 they ignored my calls all day and finally said at 9 pm it was ready. Day 29 I picked it up. After all this they bumped the discount to $300 after I asked for more again, but they refused to do anything more than that.
This whole experience was stressful and unacceptable, especially for something as important as an engagement. If you need a jeweler who communicates well, meets deadlines, and respects how significant this purchase is, I would strongly suggest...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst jewelry store I’ve ever been too. Avoid this place at all costs. Purchased a birthday gift for my wife. 7 gram gold bracelet and paid 576. The salesman told me I had 2 weeks to return or exchange it if need be. My wife went back 1 week later and the salesman refused to give the money back even with the receipt. He said he would only exchange it for another bracelet. Couldn’t even exchange it for an English coin even though the bracelet was worth more. Then he offered 300 dollars to buy it back. And when she finally exchanged for a different bracelet that costs less he tried to keep the 50 dollar tax I paid on the first bracelet. Absolute joke of a store. Definitely lost my business. If I could give less then 0...
Read moreJust a very unpleasant experience here with the staff and service. My sisters gifted me a bracelet for me from this location and after just hours of wearing it , it dented to the point where it cannot be worn anymore. The quality is not good and soon after I came to ask them to fix it for me and they refused. I asked them if they can trade it for me and they also refused. I came back after sometime to try again and they still refused to trade or fix it for me. They also do not give customers gift receipts for gifts and go by an honor system however they are honoring anything here and only want to take your money. I will no longer be shopping here due to poor customer service...
