Definition of UNPROFESSIONAL = Tracy the lady who does the permanent treatment! I regret taking my mom to this place. 1st appointment ever, we walk in and she approaches us with a loud aggressive approach, once my mom laid down and voiced her request, Tracy did not want to listen to anything we had concerns about nor did she let my mom have a say on how she would like her permanent eyebrows to look like. It's only what SHE wants to do. She had attitude and yelled at my mom and told us " if you want to go somewhere where they do ugly eyebrows go to Dr Phillips area ill give you their number, GO!" --- If you're a true professional you wouldn't tell your clients to go elsewhere, instead you try and do your best to meet the needs of your client. As a healthcare professional i have never come across someone so rude, so disrespectful and so unprofessional. My moms eyebrows look so damn fake! Nowhere near what a microblading looks like! We are so unhappy with the work she did, my mom walked out with one thick one thin and one side longer and other side shorter! she claims she has been doing this for 20+ years, but with that kind of attitude, that kind of rudeness and unprofessional manner i have no idea how she is still up and running a business, I highly recommend you guys to STAY AWAY from this place! There are so many other places out there who will treat you with kindness and listen to what you want that's permanent to your face! Went back for a touch up 6 weeks later, ( to fix the uneven brows )...SAME EXACT behavior she pulled again! i could not stand her at this point because she literally has no RESPECT for her clients, she did nothing to fix my moms eyebrows and instead made it worse! she has a huge language barrier/communication/understanding issue. I am beyond heated by this lady's manners. PLEASE do your research. This place looks like a run down nail salon! NO lie, it looks shady and run down, The poor fishes in her fish tank were swimming in green algae water! that tells you numbers! Honesty, I would never ever recommend this...

I went here to get my permanent cosmetics for my eyebrows. I first came in for the consultation with Tracey, and I was a little taken back by her attitude. I had done my research prior and described & showed her pictures of the style I wanted. So we both agreed on the style that would be suit me and I scheduled the appointment to get the procedure done. When I came for my appointment I was very precise and careful about the color and style. She acted as though she was annoyed and in a hurry to start & finish since I was her last appointment for the day. Thought out the procedure she made sure I was comfortable and had enough numbing cream (thatās about the only positive thing). However, the entire time allllll she did was brag about how great her work is, how she has clients all over the world that come to her just for cosmetics. Yea that's great. Thereās nothing wrong with having confidence, but thereās a difference between speaking about your accomplishments VS. being arrogant and constantly saying the same thing over and over.
After we talked a little more out of the blue she rudely ask me, āIs that your real hair?ā ...āBecause most donāt have real hairā (her exact words) She was obviously referring to African Americans. And I replied yes. Then she looked at me like I was crazy and in amazement. smh
Just from reading some of the other comments it sounds like āothersā have had a much better experience dealing with Tracey then I did. I donāt know if this was due to racial bias but it definitely sounds like she doesnāt give all of her clientās equal treatment. Itās been several months since my procedure. Yes, my eyebrows are beautiful, but Iāve notice that they itch when I sweat and I sometimes form small irritation bumps within my brows. I believe itās due to the ink that was used, because Iāve had my eyebrows done years ago by a certified permanent cosmetics artist and I never had this issue prior to coming to Tracey. I will never go back to this womanās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTracy is amazing. I saw her 5 year's ago on my honeymoon and was in FL due to my Dad being super sick and needed to visit him. It was beyond hard seeing my Dad struggling. I had an appointment up in Michigan (where I'm from) to get my eyeliner redone. I knew seeing Tracy would be out of the way in driving terms but, we hit it off so well the last time that my husband called her. It was a last minute booking and she still took me. We got a bit lost as I had my parents dogs to take back to Michigan with me. She called and asked where I was. I told her and the next thing I see is her tiny body waving at me. She had a mask on but, I could tell she was smiling. She and her husband are AMAZING partners. My husband like to chat with him. With that said, seeing some negative comments makes me upset. I think a LOT is a culture thing and sometimes people can get lost in translation. Tracy herself is a no nonsense kind of woman that I respect NOT belittle. My husband came into the room and was treated like her husband when he walked into the back room. I kinda giggled and said "Doesn't matter the language. A wife knows when a husband is getting chewed out". The backroom is HER room. This is where she NEEDS peace and quiet because what she is doing is a form of art. She does it free hand which, takes a very steady hand. I was able to tell her everything that was happening to my family and she hugged me. Like, I FELT that hug. No one who's mean as some of you claim she is, wouldn't hug another human to comfort them. Tracy does have people from all over the world coming to see her. I'm one of them. She HAS to be very talented for people to want to go back for touch ups. I wish I could attach a photo of my eyeliner. Tracy- If you're reading this? Thank you. Sorry my review was late as I'm still dealing with my dad being in FL. I am still digging the perfume and I hope to see you and your hubby sooner than later. Keep in mind Traverse City will always be in need of your talents if you ever decide to move to...
